The air conditioning was working properly. We couldn't open the windows, they were hard. The “minibar” refrigerator barely kept our water and soda cold. The TV was flat, but small, but it had a wide variety of channels, but the image was a little altered, I believe it was due to some setting that was off, but it was still manageable to watch. Regarding parking, we paid R$ 22.00 per day, but the system was outsourced, not part of the hotel's employees, the bad part is that to get the car you had to ask and wait. But the stay was very good, we really enjoyed it and if we need to stay in Campinas again, we would definitely stay at the Go inn.

Breakfast is mainly western food, but it is very commendable that when I feel a little bit of appetite when I turn around, a male waiter actually sent a bowl of hot instant noodles and put another egg. A good hotel for those who need to be close to the airport or the industrial village. The hotel is new with practical modern decor. There is no room service, they provide complimentary water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Excellent shower and bed. The sockets are 220v. Hygiene products are simple, I expected something similar to the contemporary one. Breakfast very good and complete, everything well organized and very tasty. Free parking.

Pelo preço da diária não parecia ser um quarto sem frigobar, sem telefone e sem TV a cabo. Mas o pior de tudo foi o ”gerente”, que parecia querer me extorquir pois não reconheceu meu pagamento por uma agência internacional, me questionava toda hora sobre o pagamento, dizendo que eu havia sofrido um golpe na internet e que não era justo ele ficar sem receber. Após vários contatos meus com a agência Trip.com que me atendeu muito bem e se mostrou preocupada com minha situação, finalmente ele perguntou meu nome e disse que já tinha recebido sim, há 3 dias. E que toda confusão era pq não havia dito meu nome pra ele. Como assim? Ou é muito burro ou quis dar uma de esperto. Lamentável. Nunca mais ponho os pés lá. E não indico a ninguém. Nem a péssima localização do hotel foi pior do que esse tratamento.
