I always like to highlight the first positive points. In the case of this hotel, breakfast (it is egg frit at the time if requested) and the room is like flat with room and kitchen. Otherwise, the internet didn't work for much as I complained. I just switched. The hotel is in front of a square with many floors and possibly addicted. I couldn't walk around the night. I thought it was dangerous. Most old furniture and bathrooms. It's just about to spend a night until it goes, but more than that, I don't recommend. 20'reals of Uber to the shopping Iguatemi and 25 to the airport.

Hotel with great benefit cost! Very well located, very large suite (being an old hotel that is an advantage) with few rooms in each floor and comfortable beds as well as a group of staff who from the reception to the ladies of breakfast all treated me very well and very well You have a supermarket nearby with great prices if you want to buy something and various bus points that will take you to anywhere in the city. Thank you for all the attention you have received, certainly when I come back to Campinas will be my stay again!

The fourth was apparently reformed shortly, but the reform was made in any way and the ceiling is infiltrated, the bathroom box vacuum water leaving the floor of the bathroom well wet. The breakfast service was very good, but the night service was bad, first the attendant did not report information such as the reception and timetable. frokost and internet password, information that they had not on Wednesday, the bath floor tape was very dirty, I went to the reception exchange and told me that someone would take another to me in the room, I had to return to the reception because no one came and did not go to the room, they never asked for excuse or seemed to care about the problem.

The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

This hotel is located in a very nice / safe location, near several good restaurants and in a good neighborhood. The rooms are normal but new. TV has four English news channels. AC works well. Bar and restaurant is accommodating. Pool is nice. Also has a pool table and ping pong room. Staff is very friendly and all speak English. I enjoyed the happy hour which lasted until 8:30 pm. Street noise was loud at times (I was in an even number room..believe odd number rooms are away from street noise). There is no maid service except on the fourth day of your stay. Refridgerator is well stocked. Elevator service was fast! This is a fantastic hotel to stay given the economical price. I would recommend giving it a try

Fiquei no hotel apenas uma noite para pegar o voo em Viracopos, o hotel é muito limpo e arrumado, muito confortável! O restaurante foi uma excelente surpresa, comemos umas salada divina e um filé mignon quatro queijos que estava sensacional!!!! Ambiente muito gostoso e tranquilo! Não deixem de experimentar a comida, porém fecha cedo o serviço de cozinha, acho que as 21:00 se não me falha a memória. Voltarei sempre! Recomendo!

One student told me the neighborhood of Cambuí for my trip and is really a very quiet neighborhood with bars and restaurant options, I believe one of the best and most safe Campinas. The hotel is comfortable and has large rooms in the apartment model, with kitchen with microwave, table, sofa and room with closet and cable TV channels. The hotel has a simple but tasty and varied breakfast with a choice of cakes and breads, yoghurt, coffee, natural juice, fermented milk. Only a reserve: In the room there were broken floors at the entrance of the bathroom, risking to cut the foot, and the door that gave to the room was broken near the hair, making it impossible to close, which lets the air conditioning escape to the rest of the apartment. When we had arrived there was only one towel game in the room (1 bathroom and 1 face), then we asked to bring another one, but we had to ask three times, then it came only the next day and we had to divide the towel. I would certainly return to the Victory Residence!

Mas o pior de tudo foi o ”gerente”, que parecia querer me extorquir pois não reconheceu meu pagamento por uma agência internacional, me questionava toda hora sobre o pagamento, dizendo que eu havia sofrido um golpe na internet e que não era justo ele ficar sem receber. Após vários contatos meus com a agência Trip.com que me atendeu muito bem e se mostrou preocupada com minha situação, finalmente ele perguntou meu nome e disse que já tinha recebido sim, há 3 dias. E que toda confusão era pq não havia dito meu nome pra ele. Como assim? Ou é muito burro ou quis dar uma de esperto. Lamentável. Nunca mais ponho os pés lá. E não indico a ninguém. Nem a péssima localização do hotel foi pior do que esse tratamento.

Since the reception we were well-served, agility in the service and great courtesy with guests ...The manager Gelson made us feel at home, we dined in the hotel where they served a personalized and tasty food ... Large and clean rooms ...The hotel has good location, close to everything ... Performing, educated and careful staff to requests .... I have no complaint to make, just compliments. I will be hosting back there ...

GGuest UserI had very bad experience in check in and check out, pq I made the booking and when I arrived at the hotel my booking was not located and the attendant informed q could include it, the q seemed strange because q would make out of the booking, in addition to the wrong booking, the same attendant confirmed me q in the value of my price was included coffee, but when checkout the attendant charged me the value of 76 reals of the morning coffee, I was very rude and thick to me qdo I informed q my price was looking at the morning coffee.

The hotel is very well located. Excellent cleanliness. Functional staff very nice. Room very spacious, I was surprised that I had a very nice balcony. I own a garage, but I didn't need to use it for myself that I went by bus. Breakfast, tasty, is well home, but because of the air sometimes leaves a dry thing, cheese bread and a snack they do is wonderful, for who likes cake always has 2 types, has pudding, gelatine, cold, bread, butter, cheese, Honey, granola, fruit, mexed egg, juice, water, coffee and milk.. I liked and recommended, it is not a luxury hotel, but very cozy.

GGuaturaFor those who know Campinas: well located, near the road and the center. For those who do not know Campinas: is in a dangerous place, risky walking alone. New apartment, all refurbished. I just didn't like the bathroom door, which is glass. Good breakfast, I read some negative comments and I think they are old.. I had even mexed egg, cold, cake, more than one type of juice, cereals, fruit, etc, like any hotel. Two negative points: 1)parking, in fact, not available. There are about 4 or 5 vacancies in front of the establishment, insufficient for the rooms. My suggestion: come before, around 12 and walk in the centre until check in.. This is the way you save money with third-party parking. 2)Check-in time: 14 hours! It's too late ... Since the exit is 11.. small rooms do not require so much time for cleaning, that is not even perfect. I would like to see the Commission's proposals for a new programme for the Community's financial assistance.
