Please note, it often happens that the code does not work to exit the car park, so you must call the hotel directly and tell them. The code works for the car park, the elevator which leads to the rooms from the car park and for access to the room, it's very practical! The rooms are quite spacious, well soundproofed, clean. Too bad the window cannot open by tilting and turning :-( The staff is pleasant and smiling. The breakfast is well stocked with even an appreciable savory part which has the merit of being offered (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese and ham). It might be nice to add a toaster ;-) this is the only point I find fault with. Around the hotel, several small shops and food outlets (snack bars and restaurants). Ideally located for access to the Radiant Bellevue room and access by car to Lyon (near Fourvière) only takes a few minutes.

I stayed for one week to attend a conference at Centre Congres de Lyon. This Apart'City locates 15 minutes away on foot from the Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very functional and spacious. The only things I did not like were the smell of the sewage outlet in a bathroom and the appearance of a small roach twice in 7 days. However, I would choose this hotel again next time, since it is very comfortable and the rent is reasonable. There are small shops and a café nearby. There is a bus stop next to this hotel which takes us downtown.

Wife and I were here for 2 nights in Nov. The hotel was relatively easy to get to from the airport via the express train then walk about 7 minutes from the train station to take the tram. Our check in process was simple and friendly. We were given a room over looking the park. Our room was comfortable and clean, WiFi worked great through out our stay. Our bathroom amenities were lacking. No hair conditioners available. The hotel location ISN'T good, especially if it's your first time in Lyon. We stayed here for a status run so we tolerated it. You shouldn't if you don't have a reason to. Most sites, things, stores you would need are either in Lyon Part-Dieu, Prefecture, Presqu'ile, Cordeliers, Carnot, Confluence, or Vieux Lyon. What this means is you need to get on Tram 1, 2, 4, or 5 every time you need to get somewhere. It gets old, fast. All the good restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, anything you need that's above average will not be near this hotel. During our stay we needed forks at around 16:00. They told us that we had to wait until 18:00 when the bar or restaurants are opened to get forks. Really? There are no forks in the hotel? Is this really a hotel with actual services? I laughed out loud and shook my head on the inside when they told us this. The gym was pretty decent with actual equipment and machines that targets all the body muscles. So this was a plus unlike other hotels where they just have a cardio machine and some dumbbells that pass as a gym. Overall it was an average hotel away from anything we needed with staffs that were friendly but not helpful. We won't be here again unless we had to such as during a convention.

We had the king suite and the size was good. The air conditioning was not great in our room and there were no more rooms available, but they brought us a fan which was fine. The beds are not the most comfortable either. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was clean. We didn’t utilize the breakfast but heard it was overpriced

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Very clean, modern rooms, great services. A bit away from the city centre, but easy to rrach by public transport and in a very quiet and green area. The only downside I found is that before our stay, I had to preauthorize the card I used for the rezervation, and my bank declined thi transaction ( it looked like a payment to a vendor in Uganda or somethinh like this ) as it seemed fishy. So I had my bank card frozen and an email ftom the hotel saying that I have to use a different card to authorize this transaction, otherwise by booking will be canceled. Everything was OK in the end, but a heads up would have been good.

My wife has stayed here several times over the years, me, only couple. Lovely spa area, as usual But…. 1) the showers in the rooms are, and always have been, absolutely poor. An ideal place to stay for a few days whilst visiting Lyon. A nice river-front location with excellent transport links into the old city. Service was friendly and efficient with a special mention for Clotilde who very patiently answered all our questions and gave us information on Lyon's sights. My only reason for not giving 5 stars would be the quality of the breakfast. We ate @8.30 on both days and by then the one variety of meat (cooked ham) had finished and was not replaced. Lyon is known as a city of gastronomy and yet no local produce was served. The only cheese served were small plastic wrapped portions of Emmental which seemed an insult to the gastro-culture of Lyon.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Very clean, modern rooms, great services. A bit away from the city centre, but easy to rrach by public transport and in a very quiet and green area. The only downside I found is that before our stay, I had to preauthorize the card I used for the rezervation, and my bank declined thi transaction ( it looked like a payment to a vendor in Uganda or somethinh like this ) as it seemed fishy. So I had my bank card frozen and an email ftom the hotel saying that I have to use a different card to authorize this transaction, otherwise by booking will be canceled. Everything was OK in the end, but a heads up would have been good.

The overall location of the hotel is very close to Jintou Park, and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk. Hotel facilities are older, and some floors of the hotel are also being renovated. There are no toiletries provided in French hotels, so please bring your toiletries in advance. The breakfast is very simple, mainly bread, nothing particularly delicious. The price is around 11 Euros. There is a small pedestrian street near the hotel. There are two convenience stores and several small restaurants on the street.

I stayed for one week to attend a conference at Centre Congres de Lyon. This Apart'City locates 15 minutes away on foot from the Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very functional and spacious. The only things I did not like were the smell of the sewage outlet in a bathroom and the appearance of a small roach twice in 7 days. However, I would choose this hotel again next time, since it is very comfortable and the rent is reasonable. There are small shops and a café nearby. There is a bus stop next to this hotel which takes us downtown.

2nd stay in a few months. You should remember to reserve a parking space when booking. Please note, it often happens that the code does not work to exit the car park, so you must call the hotel directly and tell them. The code works for the car park, the elevator which leads to the rooms from the car park and for access to the room, it's very practical! The rooms are quite spacious, well soundproofed, clean. Too bad the window cannot open by tilting and turning :-( The staff is pleasant and smiling. The breakfast is well stocked with even an appreciable savory part which has the merit of being offered (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese and ham). It might be nice to add a toaster ;-) this is the only point I find fault with. Around the hotel, several small shops and food outlets (snack bars and restaurants). Ideally located for access to the Radiant Bellevue room and access by car to Lyon (near Fourvière) only takes a few minutes.
