Check in took a bit of a long time but the staff was very helpful. Highlight of this hotel is definitely the water park. The water slides are so much fun for the kids and even though there is no lifeguard, the pool is relatively safe for 7 years old and above taken into account the depth of the pool. Remember to bring your floats if your kiddos cannot swim independently yet

The pool is not big and is mainly or kids playing rather than swimming. This is a good hotel for both business travelers and families.

The property has an on-site waterpark that i didn't use, but my nieces had a blast as did the numerous other much younger kids who were there. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom could have used a little more attention. For the price, this is an excellent spot, but not if you are looking for any walkeable trendy bars or restaurants.
There are limited dine-in food options nearby (in terms of walking distance). For lunch on a Friday afternoon arrival, it was completely unclear if any of the food was available at the hotel bar (Jetz) or restaurant (Sky Harbour), even the advertisement on the outside of the hotel suggested the restaurant offered a buffet for lunch -- the restaurant actually looked closed most of the time.
In terms of nearby dine-in options, nothing seemed to be too walkeable because they didn't have sidewalks. We did find some excellent food in the area, but you need a vehicle (they do have a lot of delivery service, so you probably could find some good places to deliver) . The dine-in options would include Queens Breakfast Cocktails, which was some of the best breakfast food I have ever had. For an airport hotel with a waterpark, it is a great place for families. If you want to be able to walk to bars or restaurants, try to find someplace closer to downtown.

The pool and slides could be nice but maintenance is lacking. Staff were great, and tried to be helpful when we had questions or needed something.

It was great. Loved that they room service - it was in our room in about 30 mins- not bad at all when it seemed the hotels was busy! The food could use improvement, it all tasted like it had been frozen to the fryer and nothing else. Indoor water park was the biggest hit and reason for our booking. I do feel the tiles/ground around the pool need to be upgraded to slip resistant ones. I felt like I would fall any moment walking around the pool and water would gather in multiple spots. We wish the pillows and bed were a bit softer. We did ask for more pillows and ones got to our room within 5 mins. We would still stay here given an early morning flight out of Calgary.

The hotel is very family friendly. We all enjoyed the water park and the buffet breakfast included was great.
Cherry on the top was the amazing esthetician who works there. She squeezed me in and gave me the best pedicure I’d ever had. Her name is Christene and she is lovely!

Had to call reception multiple times regarding airport shuttle, there's a surcharge for it and the shuttle time from hotel to airport are limited. The curtains in my room couldn't block out the street light from entering the room, making it difficult to sleep. On the plus side the room was clean.
