The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

O quarto do hotel é bastante espaçoso, limpo e organizado. Fica a uma curta distância a pé do shopping center. Da janela do quarto é possível ter uma vista para a montanha, bastante impressionante.

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

Não tenho comentários a fazer sobre o quarto, pois sei quanto estou pagando. A localização é ótima, a poucos minutos a pé de Kozahan e Ulu Cami. Também caminhei até o teleférico de Uludag a partir do hotel, mas subir até lá exigiu muita resistência, pois é uma subida. Como alguém que veio de terras planas da Malásia e raramente anda, é muito difícil, mas conseguimos chegar ao teleférico. O proprietário e seu amigo também são pessoas gentis que me deixaram fazer o check-in mais cedo, pois o quarto já estava disponível. Eles também me ajudaram com minhas malas grandes. Eles falam inglês e sou muito grato pela ajuda deles para me levar de táxi até o píer da balsa bem cedo pela manhã. Meu único problema é o cheiro de cigarro muito forte. Não sei de onde veio, mas doeu muito no meu nariz.

A bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom is much bigger than I thought. It is newly renovated with a clean shower.

Let me be honest; you get what you give!! The difference between this place and second chipset one is $16 (two times). I paid only $15!! The location is awesome! in the heart of Bursa. All attractions are nearby. Restaurants, gift shop, bazaars, markets, metro and bus stations. However the quality of hotel is not great. I expected something better! Actually it is not a hotel. At least for me who have visited more than 30 countries and experienced different hotels, hostels, BB, airbnb. Old building that is still on feet. I was in a room with queen bed but sheet was not clean. There were some clean ones outside, I wanted to change it but the reception staff didn’t let. He told we already changed it and if you saw some hairs on, it is because of open windows. OMG, the rest room was one of the triable ones that I ever used. It smelled very bad! I couldn’t breath and I should have kept my mouth closed to use it. Now, let me share some good experience: polite, kind, and friendly staff who want to help you. They couldn’t speak English but they tried to understand me and help me. They were very supportive. Adel told me about city and the attractions that valued visiting. The other one helped me to carry my baggage (Sorry, I didn’t have cash to pay tip). He walked me to bus station. The cleaning lady gave me free tea, bread, and chocolate. They were amazing people. I’d like to back there not to stay but to see that kind people. Thank you Can otel staffs.
