Very nice.. specially front desk sanitha mam very friendly and guided wel... Swimming pool incharge parandhaman is very trained and took much care of my kids... had breakfast and dinner buffet food is very delicious.. once again thanks to sanitha mam who made our trip very memorable...

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is really nice and educated with good English, our check-in was easy and smooth. Will definitely come back to Buriram , just for this! So many people in the reviews talked about the breakfast, but what we had was really satisfying and most hotels we’ve been to had similar breakfasts and we actually like this one more than some of the other hotels because the Thai food here was really really nice! Will come back for sure!

We stayed at the Modena a number of times, and it never let us down. Just tonight we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and food as well as staff were amazing. Thank you you Khun Ratiros for making our evening so special!

I have to leave it first that I come to stay here often. Provide complete information But due to the COVID status, sometimes the lack of Belboy I often have luggage. On the front of the morning shift, it is a woman who is very busy, must have two tables at the same time, very sympathetic, it may not work much that help me carry things ✅ in other parts. Got there late at night. Entered from back so my expectations weren’t high. I was wrong. This is the best sub 1,000 baht hotel in Thailand. At 750 per room the price is great. AC is cold quickly and quite. Clean, TV, refer. Would only ding them for dead batteries in remotes and no coffee or kettle in room. Breakfast was good enough had toast, jelly, ham, and eggs with coffee. Guess I just please easily.

New, clean, comfortable. Excellent bathroom equipment - bathroom is really small but very comfortable. In the middle for all destinations - football stadium, race track, bus station. Food street in the evening few steps from the hotel. 7-11 next building. Best location to explore Phanom Rung Historical Park and Phimai Historical Park. Fantastic breakfast with real Thai food and different recipes every day. Staff is extremely helpful. During the race days always fully booked. One of the best choice in Buriram.

Room #611 - 1 x Night Stay. Very Modern. Very Clean. Fantastic 1st Stay. We booked via Agoda. We were not disappointed with our choice of Hotel, from the moment we arrived for Check In. An earlier Check In was allowed - easy with no cash deposit required. Rooms are large, clean, modern and everything was in 'as new' working condition. Every staff encounter was pleasurable, with smiles all around. Buffet Breakfast was a sumptous feast.. Many choices, enough for everyone and the hot Thai foods very tasty. We would go out of our way to stay here again and certainly look to book and stay at a Fortune Hotel brand again..... AAA+++++

This is a very new hotel (only opened in September 2022) and is clean, spacious and looks great. The rooms are really lovely, lots of space, gorgeously soft bed, and a decent bathroom with good hot shower. The only oversight is there's nowhere to turn off the light next to the bed, so perhaps a bedside light on the small table (only on one side) might help. The biggest disappointment is the breakfast, which was terrible. Not only is it up a flight of stairs next to the pool and outside the main building, so this hotel cannot be recommended for anyone with a disability or mobility issues, but the breakfast itself was just minimal and awful. No juice, no fruit, only water, cold fried eggs, and one Thai dish which was very simple stir fried noodles. I did mention the restricted access to the breakfast area so let's hope the place is moved to a more sensible location soon. But they do need to work on the variety and quality. There's a rooftop bar, which does food and expensive drinks (very expensive when you consider the price of the hotel rooms - you wouldn't pay 170 for a small Heineken bottle unless you're in a 5-star hotel) so avoid unless you're feeling flush, or just go for the food. Again, this is inaccessible to anyone with mobility issues. While I don't normally mention these facts, considering this is a brand new hotel that's gone to the trouble of making all other areas accessible (ramp up to the main door, lift, no steps to get there or to the room from the lift) I do think that authorities in Thailand should be making accessibility a fundamental requirement of any new building project that is open for public use. Oh well, it was worth a try but unless the breakfast is revolutionised we won't be staying again.
