Before arriving to the hotel we tried to reach the hotel, it was impossible. A hotel that has no reception can’t be called a hotel, in my opinion. There is just one person in the “bar”, but he is (I quote) “just working in the bar” and not responsible for any issues regarding the hotel. We had problems with the app which you need to check in and we called the number that we got in the booking confirmation about 10 times (during two days), no one answered. We had to make two different bookings for two nights and the man at the bar told us it’s impossible to have the same room for both nights, because we didn’t check-in on time (but it didn’t work and we couldn’t reach anybody beforehand!) so we had to check out after one night, leave the room and wait for the next check in (because it’s not possible to check in for two different bookings on one app). We got no information concerning where to park or where to go (like a city map with some suggestion from the receptionist, as in other hotels). One thing is being “technological” and another thing is not having a reception and leaving your guests at their own fate without providing any service. We also had some issues with the checking out time, tried to call the manager again - but - guess what? - no one answered again! “Smart” apparently means “less service” (to cut costs). I’m not a fan and can’t recommend this place.
