Beautiful stay, decorated beautifully and the front courtyard is a lovely place to have a drink. Alice Hotel is exceptionally clean. Service is amazing especially by the restaurant staff and Csaba was exceptional. Perfect location with underground 2 mins walk away. Heroes Square a 2 minute walk and city gardens are definitely worth an afternoon visit. Will defintiely stay again if we are back.

This place was an amazing find! We got the standard apartment, and it was a loft with 2 double beds. There was also a mini kitchen and a dining table. Just what we needed, wish we spent more time here! Service staff were also amazing and so nice. Location was also good with easy transport and food options near us!

Sometime people who write reviews are not objective and some others they are simply guilty. Well, while I was thinking to have been ignored, the staff of this hotel was working silently for me in the back stage. So that, first of all: THANKS A LOT TO EVERYONE. I apologize for my fault. I’m grateful for your promptness in sending to my home a stuff forgotten at the hotel. Coming to the experience, once upon a time…a way to manage hospitality. Here the hospitality is full of care. The hotel is perfectly located, a few walk from Chains Bridge , tram train and Budapest Parliament. When you get in you are enraptured by the stunning, lustful lobby and by the aroma on the air. We stay in a suite, which has all the amenities you need and a touch of elegance you do not find everywhere. The staff is all kind and helpful, starting from the valet Parker, the Concierge team, the Person who brings your luggage. Every need is considered with professionalism, respect and care. A special mention to the breakfast: you’ll find a right variety of international suggestions. What is it important to point out is the freshness and the quality of the food. In this case too, only few times the food quality related to a top rated hotel respect the expectation. Here the reality went over expectation. Finally, we can say to have been stayed at our home because each time we reach the hotel it was like we have been living there. Many thanks for the special delights founded into the room to celebrate my wife’s special occasion. Hotel is located 1-2 minutes from the market hall, and right next to the pedestrian zone, and maybe 1-2 minutes to the river abd bridge. So the location is very good. An airport shuttle bus station is about 10 minutes walking distance, very convenient. The hotel was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for a single traveler. The breakfast buffet was decent and everything looked and tasted fresh and good. In total, I really enjoyed my stay there and would come back anytime.

The hotel is very good, although it is a cheap hotel, but the facilities are very good, the hygiene conditions are also OK, the breakfast is also very good, the price is very close to the people. Budapest is not expensive to take a taxi. In fact, you can walk to some attractions, all two or three kilometers. The hotel's breakfast, there is an egg white fried bread, very delicious 😋. The hotel has a large water pressure and the bath is very comfortable.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was stunned by the exquisite small lobby, especially the small hot spring pool. The children like it very much, and they don't want to come out when they soak in it. The room is generally small, but tasteful, I don't like to be in a daze in the room except for sleeping. The gym is good. There is a patio beside the hot spring pool. It is very comfortable to lie down in it for a while. It's nice to have a rooftop garden restaurant👍

Along with 9 good friends we stayed for three nights over a weekend at The Hotel President. Despite not arriving at the hotel until 02.30 in the morning due to flight delays, check in was straightforward on rooms allocated on the third floor. The rooms are a good size comfortable and clean with satellite television. Free bottles of water were supplied each day. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. The buffet breakfast has an enormous choice to suit all tastes and the breakfast room is large with plenty tables and seating available at all times. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is free water with lemon in the foyer which is a nice touch. The hotel is located in a nice quite street so sleeping is no problem. It is perfectly situated for exploring the city either walking or using public transport. We enjoyed our stay and a big thank you to all the staff at the Hotel President for making our trip enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to take the car, subway, tram, shopping, dining are a few steps nearby, and some nearby attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk staff has questions and answers. I was not satisfied with the scenery of the room I originally booked. The hotel asked me for my opinion to add 15 euros a day to upgrade the room. I lived on the highest floor of the hotel. There was a large balcony open the door. The scenery was charming and satisfactory. If you have a little comment, the restaurant waiter was rude the next day at breakfast, poured the cutlery knife and milk on my pants, and there was no apology. When I cleaned up the dishes, I ignored the feelings of the guests and put the dishes together high and took them away from the top of the guests. Rude is indescribable. Give customers a comprehensive quality service that requires the joint efforts of everyone to achieve, one person does not pay attention to the impact, destroying the overall image...

Nice hotel is central location. Staff well trained and seemed to truely want to make your stay a positive one. As an example, we needed taxi service several times and always could count on getting one exactly as needed. A few issues: -You can only regulate the cooling by up to 3 degrees, likely reasonable most days but we experienced one of the hottest days in Budapest's history this past week. A hot day/evening with the heavy comforters on all beds does not make for a good night's sleep. -The shower is raised by about 4 inches over the bathroom floor so anyone with a troublesome back, will have an issue stepping down from the slippery shower. -The breakfast was OK, not up to the standards that Kempinsky publicizes is their goal.
