The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue. I travel a lot last year and although most of them are business, I think fair to say I have stayed in lots of hotels. And I am more than happy to say Vedana is the best hotel I ever stayed. Clean, peaceful, good food, crazy night view, these are the ”normal” things you can read online. I want to specifically call out their service. I am a solo traveller and I was on motorbike trip between Da Nang and Hue. On my final day of the trip, I suppose to ride from Vedana to Da Nang but the rain was crazy and no sign of stopping at all. The hotel staff helped me out not only ordering a lalamove (to deliver me and my bike to rental shop in the most cost efficient way), also help me negotiate with the van driver for a much better price. In the end, I only paid very very minimum to get my motorbike returned and myself arrive at airport in time. It is just incredible that how much they will help you.

We loved Hotel La Perle and would stay here again in an instant. It is conveniently located, very close to Hue walking street, but it's far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants, hotels, massage places and beauty shops on the street too. The staff at the hotel were amazing: helpful, warm and friendly. Exactly what good customer service should be! Our children loved the ladies who worked here and they took their time to speak to us and showed interest in our visit to Vietnam. The hotel itself is cute, French inspired and very clean and tidy. It surprised us in a very good way when we first went inside the hotel and then our room. The decor was great and the rustic theme was very appealing. The Aircon was great, the beds were HUGE, the bath was decent. It was clean, comfortable and convenient! There was plenty of room and we loved it! Breakfast was yet another highlight of our stay. It was all you can eat style but cooked fresh to order. There were enough options to satisfy our family such as; yogurt, fresh fruit, omelette, fried eggs, toast, soup, fried rice, noodles etc. There was also plenty of Vietnamese coffee to see us through the morning. Hands down, they have one of the best breakfast spread! There is a good mix of continental and local dishes and plenty of tropical fresh fruits. What I love most is the 2-3 different types of soup noodles they have on rotation daily. We even received a complimentary dinner for 4 pax and the food was very delicious, and service was faultless. The hotel, though not shiny and modern like most are today, it is a very well maintained property. The rooms are very lovely and spacious. We had 2 connecting room and one of it was extremely spacious with a lounging area, very suitable as we’re traveling with kids. The room was spotless and so was the common area of the hotel. The a/c - wow! The only comment I have is the small pool which was really more for dipping than swimming. Lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance and easy to grab back and forth. I have no doubt I’d stay in this hotel again if I’m back in Hue. Big kudos to the team, they truly understand the hospitality business.

1. Desta vez, fiquei numa villa com duas suítes. O quarto era muito espaçoso e totalmente equipado. Construída no topo de uma colina, tem vista para a baía e uma piscina infinita – simplesmente fantástica! 2. A localização do hotel é um pouco remota; fica a cerca de 60 minutos de carro do aeroporto. Não há áreas comerciais ou lojas por perto. Uma viagem ao centro da cidade exige um táxi, que custa aproximadamente NT$ 2300 (ida e volta). A villa tem uma cozinha onde você pode comprar mantimentos antes do check-in e depois desfrutar de uma refeição self-service no hotel. 3. O hotel tem três restaurantes, que são um pouco caros (uma pizza pequena no restaurante italiano custa cerca de NT$ 500 e é muito boa). O café da manhã do hotel é muito bom, com uma grande variedade de opções, incluindo bebidas alcoólicas. 4. A sala de jogos e a academia são pequenas e mal equipadas. 5. A praia tem uma paisagem bonita, mas não há salva-vidas nem instalações recreativas. A piscina pública é muito rasa (1,3 metros de profundidade), sendo principalmente para passeios turísticos, com poucas opções de lazer. Em resumo, o hotel oferece acomodações e paisagens excelentes, mas se você pretende fazer compras ou aproveitar as opções de lazer, a localização é ruim e isolada. É adequado para viajantes que buscam um descanso tranquilo. O preço é um pouco alto, mas não exorbitante.

Angsana Langco foi o segundo lugar onde fiquei hospedado por 4 dias durante minha viagem a Da Nang com meus pais e filhos. É como uma árvore de banyan. O hotel foi, sem dúvida, ótimo. Não fiquei insatisfeito com nada, desde os quartos, a piscina, o café da manhã, as instalações e a paisagem. A equipe sempre nos recebeu primeiro e tentou nos ajudar com gentileza. A localização fica a cerca de uma hora de Da Nang, então tivemos que cuidar de tudo no resort durante a nossa estadia, mas a comida nos restaurantes era tão variada e deliciosa que não senti necessidade de sair da cidade. Havia funcionários coreanos, pois havia muitos coreanos, e o inglês da equipe em geral era excelente, então não houve inconvenientes. Fiquei feliz em ver meus pais comerem lentamente por 2 horas no restaurante de café da manhã, já que gostaram tanto da comida. Tudo é perfeito, exceto a localização. Acho que seria ótimo se você aproveitasse Da Nang em um hotel no centro da cidade, como nós, e se hospedasse aqui na segunda metade da sua viagem. Pretendo voltar no ano que vem. Este é um lugar que eu realmente recomendo em Da Nang.

Extremely central location, diagonally opposite Chu Van An, the hub of downtown Hué with all the restaurants, shops and pubs. Hotel is dated but clean and everything still functions. You need to go for a riverside room which has a good view and less noise at night. In the city facing rooms you will enjoy thumping music until 2am. Walls are slightly thin so noisy neighbors will bother you. Very delicious and many choices for breakfast.

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

The manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
