Nice rooms but you can hear the people walk by and the room darkness isn’t really good if you want to sleep late in the morning.
Breakfast served directly in the room around 9am. Unfortunately the taste wasn’t really good.

"This a great little getaway that is truly right on the water. The location is terrific and offers great, relaxing water views. The deck hammock was a nice feature to take advantage of at any time of day. The management was friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely return if I was back on the island. A scooter was a good choice from this area and is available for rental on site."

As quartos são realmente bonitas, MAS há alguns meses as casas de banho estavam um pouco sujas, a cabeça de chuveiro estava armada, o frigorífico tinha muitos anões. Quando ficámos lá, era UMA temporada de chuva que Fez o alarme desligar Da porta toda a noite que estava muito chateado Como não conseguimos dormir.
O pequeno-almoço era apenas um par de ovos e torradeira e salsa.
Quando a manhã seguinte estamos dizendo ao recepcionista que tudo temos foi apenas uma desculpa pelo alarme quebrado, porque ela diz que é a causa normal de que está chovendo... realmente deve melhorar nessa

1 thing, the toilet flush tank is not working properly unless I fill the tank manually.. But other than that, it's a very comfortable and cozy stay 😊

Limpeza: Limpo, a cama é muito confortável e especialmente limpa.

DDaniel84 UkWell what a place , excellent , on arrival a very warm welcome from the owner/manager and we were early but room was ready and happy for us to check in , they offer tea, coffee and noodles for free 😊
The room was perfect and probably the best bed we had slept in for 20days , fridge full of things that you can drink and pay for at end of your stay
We then took a walk but with not a great foot from a injury we soon seeked for a scooter and the owner let us rent his at 250bht each so we had 1 each .
Best thing we did was getting a scooter its only way to see this island and we only had 1 night.
There are a lot of places to rent scooters but if you can deal with the 3min walk from the pier to this place I would you hang on so to give them the revenue
The island is lovely , places to sea , seafood buffets at a low cost and I mean bargains
I just wish we had longer I think I could of done a week lol

UUsuário convidadoWe liked the hotel in general. The receptionist is friendly. Breakfast is the same every day: eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, toast, meatball and mushroom soup, cornflakes, yogurt. Tea and coffee from bags. The bed mattress is hard, the pillows are uncomfortable, but the children do not notice this, they slept well. The room has a TV (not smart), a hair dryer, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan. You can hang your clothes on hangers. There was no soap in the bathroom. It is a 5-minute walk to the market near the temple and from there you can take tuk-tuks to the beaches. The beach near the hotel is not for swimming. The hotel can rent motorbikes, and if you book a room directly with them, they give you one for free. On the second floor there is an open area with sun loungers, a beautiful view opens up. If I go to this island a second time, I will take a closer look at other hotels for this price. It would be great if there was a pool, at least a small one. On the day of departure, a free transfer to the pier is organized. Thank you very much!

UUsuário convidadoI stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning.
We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement.
First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside.
Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night.
Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant.
I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM.
Areas for improvement:
1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping.
2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

YY003Very aesthetically pleasing hotel and the swimming pool is great, sun until 5pm-ish, comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff is very welcoming and kind. We had a request regarding a room change and they were able to accommodate us. The breakfast was good and with enough options. They offer scooter rentals and a shuttle service from and to the port.
Be aware this hotel has a lot of steps, if you are physically challenged, I would not recommend it. Other than that it’s located in a quiet part of the island but very central which makes it feel even more of a good getaway hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Probably the best on this beach. And even though I didn't particularly enjoy Koh Larn island due to the crazy daytime hustle and bustle, this hotel totally saved my mood. Wonderful guest welcome, amazing pool area, their own free sun loungers on the beach, and a fantastic breakfast delivered to the room. Trust me, it's worth paying a little more than at neighboring hotels for that feeling of exclusivity.

HhentelO hotel de praia na Praia de Tawaen, em Grand Island, tem uma excelente localização. A aparência do edifício branco é bastante visível. Não fica longe do cais público da Praia de Tawaen. Há um 711 na praia. na porta do hotel O próprio hotel dispõe de bares e serviços de catering. Andar de moto para outras praias exige escalar morros e montanhas, portanto, preste atenção à segurança. As instalações do hotel reservado são pequenas e adequadas, e a limpeza é relativamente limpa. O serviço do hotel é relativamente mediano durante esta viagem à Tailândia. O isolamento acústico da sala e da porta é muito pobre e o sinal de TV não é bom. Taxas adicionais serão cobradas para crianças menores de 12 anos durante o itinerário. A relação preço/desempenho geral do hotel não é alta.

Bike is available but have to add 300 baht for the whole day use. When is the time to check out, they provide the service to send you to the pier. Just would be better if they do provide iron.
Anyway i will come to stay in this hotel again if i woild visit Koh Larn
