The hotel have several locations in the city and we were 4 couples, split in 2 locations. The first room provided was absolutely terrible with fungus smell and luckily they had another room. Breakfast was supposed to be like 100m from the hotel, first morning this was closed and we were send to another location. Could only have a pan egg, toast was extra price, poor nescafe and no juice or whatsoever. Next day same poor breakfast. Our room was not cleaned on second day, even though we asked for it.

Lovely small and peaceful bungalow, nicely decorated, quiet place a bit far from the walking street (if you come by car it's better), cleanliness was so so, bathroom had a consistent bad smell, shower water flow was weak, staff was kind and helpful.

O hotel está no Rio Meiqi para sair. É Cerca de Cinco minutos de carro do Mercado noturno A pressão do quarto do hotel é Muito boa, MAS o nível de água é um pouco estreito. O ar Frio Parece não ser aberto. Precisa perguntar Ao hotel para emprestar  Vento . Cada quarto do hotel TEM UMA plataforma. Muito adequada para pessoas que fumam, porque não podem fumar no quarto Da Tailândia.  A piscina do hotel é Muito bonita. É Muito adequado para jogar cartões. O pequeno-almoço do hotel não TEM muitas escolhas, MAS é Muito delicioso, e a localização do pequeno-almoço TEM dois Pontos de jogar cartões, e um gato Muito bonito. Quando ele fala com ele, ele VAI responder 🥰 O hotel TEM um estacionamento que fornece motoristas, e há muitas árvores de fruta 😆

Muito tranquilo, limpo e confortável. Da próxima vez que chegar a este lugar, vou ficar Neste hotel de novo.

We were disappointed with our stay. We decided to treat ourselves and book a deluxe river view room. On arrival we discovered that the parking was a few streets away - a bit inconvenient and not as advertised. The room did indeed have a river view but the room was tiny. I am 5’7” and my partner is 6’3” and neither of us could enter the room without ducking down under the low doorframe. The ceiling in the room was very low and we both had to duck into the bathroom. I feel the ceiling height should be mentioned in the room listing as it really is very low and all but the shortest of guests would struggle. Luckily they had an upstairs room available, with a partial river view, which we changed to, at an added cost. The lady informed us that breakfast would be served in the restaurant across the road. She gave us a voucher for breakfast. When we woke up and went for breakfast the restaurant was closed and there was no one on reception to ask for help. We needed to check out and get our key deposit back but couldn’t find anyone to help us. After a few attempts of calling the hotel phone number I got an answer and a lady appeared a few minutes later. She took us to a restaurant a way down the street where we were able to get some food - this took ages to come and as we were already late in leaving due to no one being available to check us out we had to leave before all the food arrived. All in all we were really disappointed and felt that the price of the accommodation was not reflected in the standard of the room or the service we received.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ติดริมแม่น้ำโขง อากาศดี ห้องเป็นเรือนไม้คลาสิค แต่จะมีเสียงเวลาเดินรบกวนบ้าง ห้องพักกว้างพอสมควร แต่อาจดูเก่าๆ โดยเฉพาะห้องน้ำและผ้าเช็ดตัวเนิ่มออกเหลืองบ้างแล้ว อาหารเช้าถือว่าอร่อย น้ำส้มอร่อย ข้าวเปียกน้ำซุปอร่อย โดยรวมก็ถืิว่าดี
