The best hotel apartment in Al Khobar! Very convenient location, efficient hotel and polite services, very well maintained property. I will always stay with you.

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

房間又大又整潔，酒店衞生非常乾淨，設施也很新，就是早餐種類有點少了。

We enjoyed our stayed. The rooms where so clean and well oriented. They have very friendly staff. We oreder lunch from their restaurant and food was so delicious. Will stay again for sure.

Location is great , breakfast ok nothing special about it, hotel needs to have more services and get the small business center to what it used to be as only on pc that does not work the other one has been removed

حبيت تعامل الاستقبال بس تاخروا شوي وقت طلبنا غطاء زياده والشاطئ قدام مو نظيف مرا بس الفندق نظيف بس زحمه ليت فيه مصاعد اكثر واطفال المصريين يمشون ويسوون ازعاج

From check in to check out, the hotel staff whom I associated were very friendly. Services were efficient. The pool table was great game for the guests and the small coffee place with lots of space for private meetings was conducive.

Was a scenic resort with access to family waterpark, but lacking in options for food, do had to order from outside, which seemed acceptable. Breakfast option was not worth the price, would highly discourage anyone from taking breakfast option. For sports, there is nets and goals for football, but they charge for renting balls. Best to bring your own sports equipment such as badminton, volleyball, football, squash, tennis, etc.

Não me importa pagar por outro dia se chegar cedo, mas não entendi porque me mentiram. Cheguei ao hotel às 3:30 da manhã do dia em que me reservai para check-in. Fui dito para pagar inteiramente e não recebi um pequeno-almoço. O homem no escritório frontal disse que devia vir lá para me inspeccionar outra vez às 12h, porque não tinham o tipo de quarto de fumo que eu reservava. Não me deixaste passar algumas horas no sofá no lobby ”porque somos cinco estrelas hotel! ”(mesmo que nos próximos dias eu vi pessoas, incluindo eu e os meus colegas, ficarem no sofá todo o tempo sem pagar qualquer café ou snacks), a dor que tive foi que me disseram para esperar até às 3:00 para mudar de quarto. Eu chamei o Frente várias vezes e, no final, EU chamei a China para falar com o Ctrip.O homem que me mudou de dia inteiro por Menos de sete horas de estadia viu a minha reserva de Ctrip no MEU celular. A senhora no contador frontal disse-me que não sabia que tinha outra reserva! Não compreenda o que sistema eles usavam para gerir o hotel. Finalmente, levá-lo para almoçar e depois tive a minha outra sala às 13h30. Quanto ao hardware, quero queixar-me do banco Na Frente Da cama, que é difícil e pesado quebrar OS joelhos se você bater Na Noite se você não VAI dormir ou voltar para casa de banho. Não entendi porque, numa pequena sala, eles querem esfregar tudo. A lattice para salada no pequeno-almoço tinha areias. Talvez eu fosse infeliz? Contudo, como um homem que fica em cinco estrelas, não voltaria para este hotel no futuro.
