"The room is okay for one, I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a window, it felt stuffy and moist because there wasn’t proper ventilation. I had voucher for 4 days breakfast but I only ate for two days because they served the same things. Rice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotels they provided looked too old and dirty and couldn’t use it. But anyways if you’re looking for somewhere affordable just a night or two, it’s manageable."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property is relatively new, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well-maintained. The facilities are spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. What We Like: Allowed us to check in early at 12 noon (usual check-in is 2pm). Very clean and welcoming ambiance, both inside and outside the hotel. Friendly and professional staff — from the receptionist to restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us with smiles and was very helpful. Requests were acknowledged and accommodated. Spacious and spotless room; bedsheets and towels were soft and smelled fresh. Great in-house restaurant with a good selection of food. Pool was unoccupied, so we had it all to ourselves during our last day. Convenient location — there’s a 7/11 just across the street. ⚖️ What Can Be Improved: Pool could use more lounge chairs or shaded areas for relaxation. Some areas of the hotel interior look a bit dated and could benefit from minor upgrades.

Initiating with the positive aspects: - The breakfast was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10/10. The restaurant offered an excellent range of food options, maintained a clean environment, and had courteous staff. - The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, though it is not of significant size. The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments. While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.

The hotel is near SM Iloilo and is very convenient. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Overall stay is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean, all rooms we booked has heaters. They change towels and cleans rooms everyday.

My stay was nothing short of exceptional! The spacious, elegantly designed rooms, struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, offering ample space to unwind while feeling invitingly cozy. Every meal was a delight—the culinary offerings were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing both quality and variety. The hotel’s, sophisticated interior design, captivated us, blending modern elegance with timeless charm, while the tranquil ambiance, made it a true retreat. From the warm, attentive service to the attention to detail in every corner, this gem exceeded our expectations. Ive already planning our next visit—this is a destination we’ll enthusiastically recommend to fellow travelers!

The establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars.

My sisters enjoyed their stay and the attendants were accommodating and helpful. There were varieties of food to choose from in their buffet. My niece loved her staycation as it was close SM.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

Through Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
