"No geral, o hotel é bom e novo. A única desvantagem é que as opções de comida são extremamente limitadas. O hotel deveria considerar oferecer um buffet rotativo para café da manhã e jantar. Os hóspedes não podem comer a mesma comida por 3 a 5 dias seguidos."

"Há muitas avaliações negativas online, então fiquei um pouco preocupado antes de fazer o check-in. Deixe-me compartilhar minha experiência real. Reservamos um quarto duplo básico, que era muito aconchegante e confortável. Embora pequeno, tinha tudo o que você precisa, incluindo geladeira, máquina de lavar roupa, lava-louças, fogão de indução, coifa e até panelas e frigideiras, o que foi muito conveniente. O hotel tinha acabado de abrir em dezembro, então fiquei preocupado com os cheiros, mas eles gentilmente forneceram um purificador de ar, que era praticamente inodoro. O quarto tinha uma pequena varanda com vista para os teleféricos de esqui e, em um dia claro, era possível ver o Monte Yotei. O hotel também tem uma banheira de água termal pública no andar L, o que foi muito relaxante depois de um dia esquiando. Os produtos de higiene pessoal eram todos secadores de cabelo Aesop e Dyson. Há também um onsen privativo pago com vista para o Monte Yotei, mas não o usamos porque o tempo não estava bom por alguns dias durante a nossa estadia. As fotos online estavam deslumbrantes. O traslado de ida e volta gratuito também é oferecido na cidade de Hirafu durante a sua estadia. O Alpha Shuttle é geralmente utilizado, o que é uma grande vantagem. Esqui: Localizado bem ao lado das pistas de esqui, a entrada e saída de esqui é muito conveniente. Há um depósito de equipamentos de esqui no primeiro andar, com armários em cada quarto. Aluguel de esqui e uma escola de esqui também estão disponíveis."

"O lugar era muito bom no geral. O serviço foi ótimo, transporte gratuito para Niseko todos os dias, onsen agradável, boas instalações fora do quarto. Há uma loja de conveniência ao lado e também um grande supermercado. O único problema foi que a cortina da cabine tem um vão acima dela, então fica bem claro quando você quer dormir. Além disso, tive o azar de ter um vizinho barulhento por alguns dias."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Hirafu Welcome Centre, making it extremely convenient, especially for catching the direct bus from the airport. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive, helpful, and made everything very smooth for us. The room was super clean, well-maintained, and came with a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for our trip. What impressed us the most was their pick-up and drop-off service to the Hirafu Welcome Centre. It made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hirafu!"

"Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days. Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌"

"It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍"

"Very spacious house. The three of us booked an apartment suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. The house was very clean. The fridge had three complimentary drinks already in it, as informed by the front desk. The area is surrounded by hotels. We drove in the evening and parked in the underground garage, then didn't go out again. So, I'm not sure how convenient the surroundings are. It's about a 12-minute drive to Takahashi Farm, which felt quite convenient. It's a good hotel if you don't rely heavily on hotel services. It's great for self-sufficient travelers. The price is generally acceptable."

"It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air."

"Our second day stay here. Again service is excellent. Front office staff Ponny even came in at 6:30am to drive us to the train station as she was afraid that there may not be taxis available that earlier since it was the start of Golden Week. Guess overall Niseko is still a winter place! Nothing happens after the winter season."
