The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Excelente localização dada a proximidade da estação Brignole, onde chega o ônibus do aeroporto Zona bem servida, repleta de comércio e perto da estação ferroviária, de onde partem os comboios para os locais mais famosos. The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

Não havia estacionamento disponível, mas havia um estacionamento privado a cerca de 1 minuto de carro/5 minutos a pé, o que não era tão ruim.

O hotel fica perto da Estação Brignole, mas eu não recomendaria andar do lado de fora depois de escurecer. O hotel em si fica em um prédio assustador, e você deve pegar o elevador (muito pequeno e muito assustador) para a recepção. O quarto não era nada como nas fotos. Era agradável e cheirava mal (não tenho certeza do que, não queria descobrir). Fiquei lá apenas 6 horas, pois estava viajando mais para o fim de semana e depois voltaria para Gênova. Não voltei/não voltaria para aquele hotel.

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Propriedade em frente ao aeroporto. Quartos amplos, espaçosos e bem conservados. Pessoal muito gentil e amigável. Excelente café da manhã. É uma pena para alguns hóspedes que não nos deixaram descansar durante a noite devido a toda a confusão que criaram ao longo dos corredores dos pisos. A equipe prontamente pediu desculpas pelo inconveniente.
