"The stay was great, really good location l, close proximity to Oxford Park and ride for the city center. Only slight negatives : you have to book to use the pool and it is unusable during pool classes - which they don't tell you at reception or on any of the paperwork Otherwise, there was 3 of us in the room and it was consistently set for 2 people (cups,glasses,towels) had to request items multiple times post cleaning during the stay Lovely Xmas decorations too!"

"We arrived early and was allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel so that we could walk around the city before check in. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a map that help us to explore the beautiful city of Oxford. To our surprise, our luggage were all transferred to our room after checking in time as we came back around 5pm. The stay is pleasant. Unfortunately my son accidentally left one of his earbud in the room and the hotel take all means to contact us. Appreciated the support and the efforts given. Just wish the parcel fees are not that expensive. Highly recommended place to stay if you’re in Oxford. Just 2 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk to city centre."

"Having stayed at the Holiday Inn Oxford on three separate occasions now, I can wholeheartedly say it is a truly outstanding hotel and has become my firm favourite whenever I visit the area. Each stay has been consistently excellent, exceeding my expectations every time. The rooms are consistently spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a busy day exploring Oxford or working. The bathrooms are modern and clean, and the overall room maintenance is clearly a high priority. I've always found the rooms to be quiet, providing a peaceful environment. What truly sets this Holiday Inn apart, in my experience, is the exceptional level of service across the board. Every staff member I've encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, has been professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. "This hotel is just next to the Queen's Lane bus stop. Oxford Tube, and the mega bus stop there. Therefore it is very convenient to go out and into Oxford. It is close to the University as well. The only inconvenience is that there are steps everywhere, from the entrance to the reception, and to my room. This probably a general problem with old buildings in UK. Otherwise no other complains about the service. The bedding are very conformable - this is definitely a highlight."

"The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic!!! The staff were so polite and helpful, the room was wonderful and the meal in the restaurant was amazing. The prison hotel has a feeling of class and luxury and then a beautiful contradiction that it used to be the home of naughty prisoners - we have nothing negative to say just going home with fond memories and some wonderful pictures!!!!"
