We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too! We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great.

Super cute hotel, only minutes away from the beach. Quiet place slightly further out from the busy bars but close enough to walk. Lovely staff really chatty and helpful. Offered places to go and visit. We would highly recommend it and Would be more than happy to go back again

A localização é excelente, 2-3mins Da estação.A sala está bem apresentada, limpa e atempada, etc. A cama estava confortável.O pessoal estava amigável e bem-vinda EM todos OS compromissos. Só estou a deduzir alguns Pontos de serviço, porque o buffet de pequeno-almoço é bastante caótico (não bolachas, não óculos, não há comida, etc.), MAS é um valor excepcional para onde está, o que tenho e quando fiquei.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff who even offered a free upgrade to a sea-view room on Christmas Day! The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel itself feels new and modern. There’s a convenient car park just across the road with a discount for guests, which is perfect for travellers with a car. I also enjoyed the movie night held in the basement — such a nice touch! The location is ideal with easy access to Brighton’s main attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive. There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC STAY at Safestay Brighton and couldn’t RECOMMEND IT more highly! From the moment I arrived, every member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They are exceptionally friendly, PROFESSIONAL, approachable and always happy to help with anything you need. They also have excellent local knowledge and are full of great recommendations for places to eat, things to do and getting around Brighton. The LOCATION is UNBEATABLE. Situated directly opposite the beautiful Royal Pavilion, you’re only a FEW MINS WALK from the BEACH and pier, the Lanes, gardens, countless cafés and restaurants, supermarkets, bars, bike hire, launderettes and the main bus stops. Even the train station is within easy walking distance..making it the PERFECT BASE for exploring Brighton. One thing that really stood out to me was how WELL MAINTAINED the hostel is. As it’s newly opened, everything feels fresh, modern and well looked after (not like some older hostels that can feel tired or musty). The HOUSEKEEPING team are WONDERFUL and always happy to help. Any request I had was dealt with quickly and with a smile, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hostel has a lovely and SAFE SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE too. The chill out lounge is a great place to relax..with 24 hr access for guests and there are FUN ACTIVITIES like karaoke nights, world cup viewings, movie nights, board games and a variety of drinks available, making it EASY TO MEET PEOPLE from all over the world. There was never a shortage of interesting conversations or vibrant characters from every walk of life..which made the experience even more memorabl Check-in and check-out were both smooth and HASSLE-FREE and ACCESS to the building is simple and secure. A huge thank you to the entire SAFESTAY BRIGHTON TEAM for making my stay such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. A special thank you to Charlie, Sara, Brooke, Max, Dee, Maryam and all. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home..not just for me but for every guest I saw you greet :) I truly appreciated the kindness, respect and care shown throughout my stay. I’ve really made some wonderful memories and even some great friendships here. The room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10.

Warm and welcoming staff, beautiful room with incredible views. Despite the heat, the room was cool and comfortable. The location is right on the beach next to the pier. Noise with the windows open is a little loud if you are a light sleeper, but the hotel offers earplugs, and the noise is minimal when the windows are open. Very relaxing stay.

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned. No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility. But overall great view and nice staff.

We had a nice experience in this hotel ..The location is a calm and serene area opposite to the park ..Hence it can be used for a stroll..Incase you are not using a car ,bus connectivity is very good to beach and near by attractions..The room is spacious and we got 3 beds for a family of four and the heater was also provided ..Tehe morning buffet was sumptuous with many options to chose from. Only drawback I felt is with respect to the bathroom ,wish they would have provided a set of shampoos in addition to the shower gel..Also the lock of bathroom was not working properly ,wish they correct it soon..Overall would definitely come back in future ...
