A higiene é impecável e o isolamento acústico é razoável; um pouco de ruído da rua não afeta a experiência geral. Está convenientemente localizado perto da Cidade Antiga de Nantou, do Museu de Nanshan e de estações de metro, facilitando o transporte. Ao norte, há um Hema Fresh, o que é ótimo para comprar frutas.

My first impression was absolutely amazing! Firstly, this hotel is newly renovated with a very elegant, modern design, featuring clean lines and calm, sophisticated colors. The night lighting in the corridors, in particular, made returning to the room feel warm, comfortable, and peaceful. The hotel service was also incredibly attentive. For instance, when the robots couldn't keep up with delivering express packages, staff would promptly deliver them personally. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent! They were on duty all day and promptly handled any food deliveries, ensuring the rooms remained odor-free. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the pillows! What truly touched me was the late-night snack service. Since I hadn't booked breakfast, I assumed the complimentary late-night snack would be just for show and didn't bother going down for the first few days. However, one day I decided to try it and discovered it was a proper, extensive late-night meal, with three types of congee to choose from... and freshly made rice noodles. And they even offered complimentary Häagen-Dazs ice cream scoops! The self-service laundry room was also great, though you do need to use it during off-peak hours. Finally, the location is excellent. There are plenty of bathhouses, massage parlors, restaurants, and shopping options nearby... and it's very close to the Shenzhen Library! All in all, it offers excellent value for money! Uma estadia perfeita! Viajo muito pelo mundo e me hospedo em hotéis 5*. Há muitos hotéis de luxo de alto padrão na região de Futian. Estou feliz por ter escolhido o Ritz-Carlton. Não só a localização é ideal – desde o momento em que entrei na propriedade até a hora em que saí, senti uma verdadeira hospitalidade calorosa. Especialmente a Miya (recepção) se esforçou ao máximo para tornar a estadia memorável – sempre com um sorriso caloroso, muito atenciosa e gentil – quase parecia ter uma assistente pessoal. Também foi útil o inglês dela ser muito bom. Ter uma grande piscina ao ar livre é fantástico depois de um dia agitado, e para mim também foi um começo de dia perfeito, depois de um café da manhã maravilhoso (boa opção também para europeus). Adorei o café do barista. O quarto pode não ter o design mais moderno (ao estilo escandinavo). No entanto, estava em um estado impecável, perfeitamente limpo, espaçoso, com muitas tomadas internacionais bem posicionadas (sem necessidade de adaptador) e muito confortável. E o mais importante para mim: com um ar-condicionado muito silencioso. No geral: eu realmente recomendo este hotel e, quando voltar a Shenzhen, com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente.

O cardápio do café da manhã era extenso, com especialidades locais e clássicos ocidentais, todos preparados na hora. Lanches noturnos também estavam disponíveis. O hotel tem uma localização central, porém tranquila, a uma curta distância da estação de metrô e de shoppings, e cercado por uma ampla seleção de restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, o que o torna muito conveniente. É uma ótima opção para viagens a negócios, famílias e lazer.

Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

A equipe foi atenciosa às minhas necessidades, especialmente a XIAO XIA, se não me engano. Ela me ajudou a me mudar para um quarto que eu prefiro, perto do balcão da recepção. Ela é extremamente paciente e um recurso valioso para o hotel. O único problema é o longo tempo de espera para o elevador, especialmente nos fins de semana, para chegar ao 10º andar. A estação de metrô fica logo abaixo do link para o subsolo, em direção ao shopping e à estação de exposições.
