"I highly recommend this hotel! The front desk service was incredibly gentle and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Check-in was very efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean; the floor and bathroom had not a single stain. The bed was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's rest. Hot water was readily available, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The amenities are comprehensive. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The overall environment is clean and elegant, and the price is very reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. It's perfect for both travelers and those needing a temporary stay. 酒店性價比很高，裝修和設施都屬高端水準，智能馬桶、高清電視配置齊全。我們選定的歡樂親子房更是亮點，2米大床加1.35米床位的超大組合十分少見，全屋智能、大露台搭配小帳篷與小熊裝飾，細節貼心，孩子非常喜歡。服務周到細緻，工作人員耐心解答問題，大廳還準備了零食、創口貼、護手霜、熱水與棉花糖機，一樓配有711便利店，周邊餐廳、趕海用品店齊全，生活便利。
美中不足的是，早餐48元一位且小童也收費，價格偏高，我們8大2小吃個早飯得4-500趕上正餐了，兩早均未在酒店用餐。此外，位置雖好但更適合自駕，無車攜老帶小出行較為不便，網紅餐廳多在老城區，景點距離尷尬，周邊也略顯冷清。同時，作為景區周邊酒店，與周邊景點、遊樂項目聯動較少，前台顯示屏長期宣傳湯泉活動，實際諮詢卻被告知並無相關活動，體驗感打了折扣。

"This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others"

"春節期間去日照自駕，入住這家酒店，暑期也曾經定過，但是後來改道去別的城市沒住成。因為寵物友好，這次仍然選擇這家，帶寵物收清潔費，淡季是60元，旺季標註是99元。現在房價非常友好，房間裝修的配色非常温馨，乾濕分離做的非常到位，配有地下停車場，車位充足，自駕來不用擔心停車問題。距離萬達廣場非常近，步行可到，距離日照的熱門景點距離都不遠。總體是很推薦的。缺點就是我們去的時候前台有個穿黑衣服的胖女孩，態度很不好，從辦理入住到解答問題，都透着一股子不耐煩，拉低酒店的水準，希望酒店可以加強管理，不要讓服務拉胯。"

It felt so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The service was absolutely fantastic! The staff’s hospitality truly amazed us—they are like magicians, turning every wish into reality almost instantly. They even let us decorate the hall for Christmas and helped with the fireplace until late at night, making our celebration extra special. If you’re looking for a perfect stay with top-notch service, this is the place to be! 😍😍😍

CChua Kien Tiong”This hotel offers outstanding value for money. It's a relatively new hotel (opened in 2024), and everything feels fresh and modern . I loved the smart room features controlled by ”Xiao Du,” and the bed was incredibly comfortable with its zero-pressure latex mattress .
The facilities are great too—there's a gym, a自助洗衣房 (laundry room), and a cozy café on the first floor . Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Chinese and Western options . The location is very convenient, close to万达广场 (Wanda Plaza) and just a short drive to the东夷小镇 (Dongyi Town) . I would definitely stay here again.”Will visit again

GGuest UserHighly recommend the Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday Hotel! The park environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the water park and Fantasy Island offer a wide array of activities. It's the perfect choice for a family vacation. A special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Pudding, who provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Before check-in, she proactively shared important information. She was always quick to answer our questions about sightseeing routes and dining, responded instantly to messages, and handled everything efficiently. She helped coordinate various requests and even arranged for our forgotten personal items to be mailed back home. The entire stay was worry-free and comfortable. We'll definitely be looking for Pudding again on our next visit!

UUsuário convidado本來衹是想找個山中小院放鬆幾天，沒想到花築呦呦谷直接把“自然美學”搬進了住宿裏，太驚喜了！不用刻意找景點，在民宿裏隨便逛，連腳步都不自覺慢下來，城市裡攢的疲憊全被這些“自然藝術品”悄悄撫平。房間本身也很舒服，衞生做得超細緻，工作人員還會主動遞上現泡的山野茶。但最難忘的還是這份藏在山谷裏的藝術感，不是刻意的堆砌，而是和自然、生活融在一起的温柔。喜歡慢生活、愛自然美學的朋友，這家真的能戳中你，下次要帶着畫板再來！

One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired.
The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience.
However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.

前台辦理入住和退房都很順暢，工作人員態度平和，有問必答。房間面積適中，收拾得乾淨整潔，沒有異味。床墊軟硬合適，一夜睡下來比較解乏。淋浴水温和水壓穩定，洗去疲勞很管用。
早餐是簡單的中西式自助，熱菜、主食、粥品都有，補充及時。餐廳環境明亮，服務員會主動收走用過的餐盤。還可以 DIY 三明治還有清爽的西點沙拉。
酒店裝修不豪華，但維護得不錯，公共區域和電梯間都保持清潔。無線網絡信號穩定，處理日常工作沒問題。
總的來説，這是一次讓人安心的入住。沒有特別突出的亮點，但各方面都做到了穩妥可靠，性價比不錯。如果需要再來這個區域，會首先考慮這裏。
