We had a very nice stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed, and checkin was very quick. The staff was helpful and respected the fact that my Chinese isn’t fluent (yet ;)), so took their time explaining things to us. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and verrrry clean! Felt like home :) (if it’s important to you: wifi was very fast). When we checked in, I told the staff we are vegetarians and the next morning they served us a vegetarian breakfast without having to mention it again. There was also good coffee! When we checked out and wanted to go to the glacier park, the staff told us we should leave the car at their parking lot for free. Very kind. We’d definitely come back!

We had an unforgettable stay at Hailuogou Lanshan Baiyunli Hot Spring Homestay! Nestled in the clouds, this remote hotel was a perfect escape into nature. The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake. We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty. I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

I recently stayed at Orange Hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it easy to explore local attractions. One of the standout features of this hotel is its cleanliness. The facilities were spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a tidy environment, making my stay not only comfortable but also very enjoyable.

2026年除夕前自駕來的海螺溝，小紅書上看到推薦的樹下，預訂了有私湯的拾山月。就天氣來説，很晴朗可惜沒有雪少了些冬景。樹下週邊是村子的模樣，左邊還有未建完的房子，從公路下酒店的路很窄很陡，但是勝在內部環境，閣樓木質結構，很慢生活，公共區域有很多處，非常適合家人和三五朋友一起來耍，比較安靜，晚上可以在院子裏看星星。拾山月這間房私湯比較大，地暖很給力，送了水果和小零食，冰箱裏還有小泡麪和飲料。到酒店的時間比較晚，碰巧遇到冷水管爆裂，等到晚上近十二點才泡到私湯，但是邊泡天然温泉水邊喝茶吃水果非常舒服，要不是第二天一早要進海螺溝，真想在酒店裡在多逛逛喝喝茶。樹下的店員都是小哥哥小姐姐，很熱情。海螺溝景區物資匱乏，進景區匆忙洗髮水忘在樹下了，跟前台溝通後，連夜把洗髮水給我送到了一號營地門崗，在此非常感謝。下次來海螺溝，希望能夠看到雪景，也再來住住樹下。

Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

這趟住宿體驗直接拉滿！早上被光線喚醒，拉開窗簾就撞見日照金山的瞬間——雪山被晨光染成金紅色，壯麗得讓人説不出話，這份驚喜真是可遇不可求。 房間本身就夠讓人滿意了，寬敞又乾淨，住着敞亮又舒心。推開窗是雪山，轉身進小院能曬太陽，再喝上一杯老闆手沖的咖啡，搭配着精緻的早餐，粥品、小菜、現做的點心樣樣可口，胃裡暖暖的，心裏也甜甜的。 更別説老闆還貼心送了水果和鮮花，細節處全是温度。住在這裏，每天都被美好包圍，絕對是旅程中最治癒的一站！

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, and it was one of the best stays we have had anywhere. The room was big, very clean and had a great view. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with fresh products and phenomenal cooking. The area is perfect for a relaxing stay, with great nature and good people all around. The many available hot springs made the stay even better. Most of all, the family running this place were extremely sweet and nice people. They helped us with anything we asked and we could see they truly put effort into making this hotel great. It was a hotel stay we will always remember!

位置好，離景區大門很近，酒店還可以幫忙預訂景區温泉票，還有優惠，還提供泡温泉免費接送，太省心了！老闆人很好！很熱情！還有，酒店有自己的停車場，自駕遊停車很方便安全。價格實惠，很不錯！

滿分體驗！被雪山與青山偏愛的寶藏酒店，細節滿分無可挑剔 這是我近年住過最滿意的度假酒店，從預訂到退房全程驚喜，每一項都值得打滿分！ 房間選得太對了，不臨街的位置徹底隔絕了喧囂，關窗後衹剩絕對安靜，連翻書的聲音都格外清晰，對睡眠質量要求高的人一定會愛上。推開窗更是治癒時刻：遠處的雪山巍峨聖潔，山頂積雪在陽光下泛着柔光；對面的青山層巒疊翠，綠意順着視線蔓延，晨起看山、傍晚觀雲，隨手拍都是能當壁紙的風景。 更驚喜的是細節——衞生做得極致到位，衞生間鏡面、枱麪沒有半點水漬，連角落都乾乾淨淨，住得既安心又舒服。酒店整體環境清幽雅緻，公共區域綠植錯落，步行幾步就能感受到自然氣息，完全沒有擁擠嘈雜的感覺。 最意外的是性價比，能同時擁有靜謐房型、雪山山景、極致衞生和清幽環境，價格卻很合理，比同地段很多酒店都划算。位置也很方便，出門步行就能到周邊餐館和景點，不用花太多時間在路上，兼顧了風景、安靜與便利。 如果滿分是10分，我願意給12分！下次來這裏，一定還選這家，已經推薦給身邊所有要出行的朋友了！
