A Second Stay That Felt Like Coming Home Returning to this hotel for my second stay was such a joy. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed, and once again I was deeply touched by the sincerity, kindness, and care of everyone here. On my first visit, General Manager Xie Yuzhen had taken time out of his own schedule to personally show me some of the special places around Liuzhou, a kind gesture I will never forget and am grateful for as it was the highlight of my trip to China. On this return visit, he again looked after me with great care, making sure all of my transport was perfectly in place and that I felt comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for the whole team. I also want to especially thank Ma Yu, who had been part of that half-day trip with the Xie Yuzhen on my first stay. She looked after me throughout my stay with such warmth and attention that I felt completely cared for. Her kindness made this visit feel even more personal and memorable. As always, Zhou Jinxin was wonderfully attentive on every ride, making sure I was comfortable and never without help. Even though I didn’t personally see the same housekeeping staff as before where Tan Rufang had looked with perfect attention to detail after my room, her colleagues made sure my room was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. Everyone I met—whether I knew their names or not—was always patient, thoughtful, and kind. What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the comfort, elegance, great food, the cleanliness, or the many thoughtful extras, it’s the people. Their genuine warmth and generosity turn a stay into a heartfelt experience, and that is why I was so happy to return. I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and I know that I will look forward to coming back again. If you are visiting Liuzhou, there is no better place than this! If you're visiting Liuzhou, you must stay at this hotel‼️ 1️⃣Room 🛏️- The reason we booked this hotel was to get a river view 🏙️ and our room did not disappoint! Especially at night time around 7:30pm when all the lights turn on the city the view is beautiful 🌆🌉. You can even watch the music fountain show 🎵⛲ from your room! The room was very clean and odor-free. 2️⃣ Excellent Service 🛎️- The front staff and cleaning staff are very nice and helpful. We wanted to use their pickup service but could not arrange it as we did not have a local phone number. The front staff then offered to cover our Didi cost since they could not arrange the pick up. Since our stay was in April, the bauhinia flowers were in bloom🌸. The hotel has a nice brochure recommending the best viewing spots 🌸 and restaurants 🍜. Also when we were using the laundry service, the front staff kindly helped set the washer and dryer for me 🫧. 3️⃣Location 📍 - Walking distance to Ma'an shan Park 🏞️, Qingyun Market 🍜, 5 star pedestrian street 🍜. 12 min car ride to train station 🚄, short car ride to other Liuzhou attractions (eg. Longtan Park🏞️, Yaobu Ancient Town)

The first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

This is a newly opened homestay. It is located on the riverside of Sanjiang County. The environment is very quiet and the balcony is very spacious. When I got up early, I saw a group of egrets flying freely on the water. The proprietress was very nice. She saw me traveling alone. After dinner, she took the initiative to drive me to see the night view of Yiyang Fengyu Bridge. I live in a big bed room with a balcony on the second floor. The price is particularly high. The room is spacious and bright, the furnishings are warm, and there is a feeling of returning home. It is very suitable for vacations and friends gathering... The flowers and plants planted in the yard should be grown up, it will be more beautiful and warm!

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean; I touched the nightstand and coffee table and they felt wiped down. Unfortunately, the food section in the breakfast restaurant wasn't covered. For two consecutive days, I saw large flies crawling on the bread, ham, and salad. There weren't enough staff to promptly deal with contaminated food or to ensure food protection. Service: The service was very attentive. The lobby was bright and clean. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, without us needing to ask, they cleaned the room and restocked supplies. We hadn't even returned to the hotel yet, so we didn't know it had already been cleaned. I called the front desk online to request cleaning and replenishment, and the front desk still quickly arranged for housekeeping. Ambiance: The hotel has a minimalist decor, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, pretty much in the middle of all the attractions, making it convenient to take a taxi anywhere. On the small road opposite, leading to Qingyun Market, there are electric bikes available for rent.

非常新的酒店 挑不出毛病 地理位置還不錯 旁邊有個鳳張螺螄粉很有名也好吃 打車的時候注意有兩個地址 一個可以開到酒店門口 不然的話要走去路邊等 真的非常新 這個價位也很實惠了 桌子超級大 ！！ 還有沙發 適合點很多很多外賣在酒店吃！！ 服務人員們態度都超級好

Not a great hotel. I wouldn't stay here unless need to be at this precise location (but there are other hotels nearby). LOCATION. Not much to do in the neighborhood except for a few night clubs. Surprisingly few restaurants. SERVICE. No one at the front desk when I arrived at 8:30 pm. Concierge told me there was only one receptionist but that she was held up somewhere. I had to wait five minutes. After completing registration, the receptionist forgot to give me the room key, claiming she had already given it to me (she had left it at the copy machine when she copied my passport). The hotel made up by sending free snacks and fruit to my room, which was a nice gesture. AMENITIES. The room itself was fine, except that the windows were small for a ”river view luxury room” and that the power socket at the desk was defective, making it impossible to work on my laptop at the desk. The panarima bar on the 26th floor was closed when I wanted to check it out a little after 10 pm. BREAKFAST. Mediocre at best. Really ni reason to stay in this hotel.

It is right next to Liunan Wanda, with convenient transportation. There is a snack street behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, and the bedding and toiletries are all designated products of Vienna International Hotel. The waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding Internet celebrity check-in spots.

I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.
