"It is a typical big cheaper hotel, which means many drunk businessmen and weddings. This also means often there is noise during the night. One night there was a wedding party in the rooms next to me and they had the party in the hallway. After requesting less noise, I got attacked physically by one of the guests. The hotel didn’t want to do anything about it and only changed my room. No other offer or consequences for the wedding guests."

"多少有些失望！！！主要是房間面積虛標，湯泉體驗極差！夜晚中樓外的霓虹燈映照着挺高檔，進入主樓裝修也確實比較上檔次，等走到智選房這邊長廊穩重深邃的顏色驟然變得明快，裝修風格肉眼可見的降低了一個檔次，也罷，房間大也行，可是進門一看，目測房間絕對沒有介紹的30到36平，丈量了一下大概25平，也並沒有面向江景，窗外是A座側面，去過很多城市的老牌酒店，這家是最令人失望的，樓下送的啥湯泉，其實可以算是一個帶小泡池的公共小澡堂，洗浴設施相當陳舊，沐浴液啥的就兩套，放在推車上大家共用，酒店顧客因為免門票所以不提供任何免費的物品包括毛巾，沒有任何體驗可言，還不如在房間洗澡~整體就是經濟酒店的規格，260的價格對於一個縣城還是偏高~早餐廳比較大，環境也不錯，官方9點結束，但可能節假日人多點，9點半撤菜了"

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this GreenTree Inn, and for around 90 RMB including breakfast, it was quite a good deal. Before checking in, I read some reviews, and a few mentioned mosquitoes in the rooms. As I have allergies and am particularly prone to mosquito bites, I initially wanted to cancel my reservation. However, seeing that my room type was non-cancellable, I called the hotel front desk. The staff were very helpful and said that if I found any mosquitoes or bugs in the room after checking in, they would be happy to switch my room or process a refund. After checking in, I didn't find any mosquitoes or bugs at all. The hotel's environment, service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent (the breakfast was especially delicious!). I'll definitely be back.

UUsuário convidado很滿意的入住體驗，前廳的尹經理服務態度很好，很熱情，富有責任心，有問必答，還給我推薦了好吃的餐廳，房間安排的很滿意，設施齊全，是地暖，沐浴間熱水很足，出差累了一天，回到房間洗了個熱水澡，特別舒適。床墊也好，睡得特別香，酒店離火車站也很近，交通比較便利，下次來莒縣還在這裏住。
