I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

O Hotel está Na prada, a partir Da estrada para o túnel, e você TEM que Entrar EM um 3500 metros de profundidade. Abrir a porta do quarto é UMA Grande prada ininteressada, que Pode ser louca. A sala está completa e Pode ser Vista pelo Chefe para operar este hotel com muita atenção. A sala está totalmente equipada com um saco mongólico único. O desempenho de isolamento sonoro é absolutamente supera expectativas. A higiene é Muito limpa.Há restaurantes no hotel, restaurantes com características locais e sabor online. O Pessoal é Muito entusiasmado, considerando OS problemAs e abrangendo, e o serviço é o preço.

Best hotel in Hulunbuir!! Highly recommend for any tourists to stay here when in Hailar. Service is amazing, room is clean with nice design and amenities are complete 👍👍👍

We had such a nice stay! The landscape is beautiful and super relaxing. The yurt was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything we need. Definitely recommend getting one with windows. It’s amazing to just sit and watch the clouds and animals pass by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even provided us with bikes, so we could take a short ride around the area, which was a fun way to explore the area. For dinner, we definitely recommend the fried beef with rice – it was super tasty!

The hotel is very interesting and rooms and decorations like this will not be found anywhere else . The breakfast was very busy with lots of people and seemingly not enough tables at peak times.

It’s located right next to the border on a sketchy looking road so there’s a lot of truckers. It’s across from the scenic area which is convenient if you want to go there but I wouldn’t recommend going there because they have cruel animal performances such as lions and a bear. It was so awful to watch. They hit the lions who weren’t obedient. So sad. The hotel is too far from all the restaurants and the main downtown area so that was inconvenient. The owner was very kind though. He gave us these Russian candies that were delicious and impossible to buy. :( There is one washer on every floor but no dryer so you need to hang dry your clothes which is a bit inconvenient. There isn’t any breakfast option - it’s the same every day and it is delivered to your room which made me feel like quarantine again but at least the timing is flexible as you could sleep in and have it delivered whenever you want.

The hotel was difficult to find and it was horrible to find parking. You also have to first take an elevator to the 3rd floor then walk to another elevator to take it to your floor (we were on the 4th floor). The corridors were dark and scary with lots of construction going on. It also smelt like smoke everywhere. One of the two elevators was out of service. Maybe they are new but there’s just too much construction going on and it’s too dark. Too much walking and changing elevator was inconvenient. Breakfast ended at 9am and we arrived at 8:45am and they were already cleaning up. Not much variety. Everything was spicy. The milk smelt so bad…like it came straight from the farm. I almost threw up. THEY ONLY PROVIDE DISPOSABLE TOWELS. I hate disposable towels - you can’t dry off like that. I asked for an extra one and while we went out for dinner the staff entered our room without our consent to check if we already had towels. Where is the privacy?!? There are bugs everywhere. The laundry room only has one washer and one dryer. Extremely inconvenient as there are so many rooms and everyone wanted to do laundry. I waited till midnight to be able to do my laundry and yet my clothes weren’t even dry because I was too tired to wait any longer. The front desk staff weren’t that friendly upon arrival but were very nice when we checked out. Helped watch my child while I put luggage in my car as it wasn’t convenient to take her with me in the rain. They provide free entry to this park in Heishantouzhen but the place isn’t actually that fun. The staff there are rude and unfriendly. The animals looked dirty and sad. I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again unfortunately next time until they clean up the construction and not use disposable towels again. It’s not environmentally friendly.

8月初自駕游來的草原，一開始很擔心帳篷裏蚊子蟲子多，確實有，不過機靈的我買了殺蟲劑🤭，就啥都沒有了。傍晚，天空升起圓月，馬兒🐴在月色下悠閑的吃草，小羊周圍轉來轉去想去大廳裏吃西瓜…早晨醒來，小鳥在叨帳篷上，帳篷裏蓋着鬆軟的被子，感受着草原青草的氣息，那感覺很美妙。房間類型有帳篷，有木板家庭屋，值得一提的是晚餐，中軍大帳中660的晚餐有2斤羊肉（用刀一片一片削着吃），有羊肉餅，有爆炒羊雜，還有各種菜，林林總總加在一起十多個，是我們吃的味道好性價比最高的一頓。暑期出來兼職的大學生服務員也很好溝通，不厭其煩的帶我們看房間，調換房間。總之一句話，住的舒服，吃的滿意！

A truly bizarre hotel in an even weirder place. Do come if you enjoy a Chinese fever dream of what Russian culture involves, oodles of kitsch and matryoshkas enlivened the odd static shock from the carpet, stay away if the combination of those things does not appeal. Overall a must-stay for any visitor to Manzhouli

服務態度很好、因系統原因身份證未上傳成功，通知我需要再次上傳一遍，很簡單的一件事情，我就配合著拿着身份證去前台，沒想到前台服務員覺得給我們添麻煩了，竟然贈送了我們六人的免費早餐，很不錯的一次旅行體驗。
