"其實離肇慶還有100多公里，我們是要去封川辦事，原定的是老城區江邊的酒店，結果去到地方環境簡陋。哎旁邊還有KTV，臭臭臟臟的，直接開到新城區。這家酒店應該是位置最好的酒店，房間的裝備4星以上，這個價格值了，房間至少有30平以上很大，出門往左走，有好多家飯店，最愛吃清蒸魚頭。"

"地理位置：客棧在半山上，百度地圖導航不夠準確，夜晚山路要慢慢開，感覺還是比較偏了點。晚上7點過後才到的。導航導到別人家，還被幾衹狗追了一段😟，打前台電話，才帶路進來。
服務：前台阿伯非常質樸，大方地幫我們升級房間，點贊👍在封開吃飯的君興餐廳也是，非常好客，96直接收90。小鎮人士真的好客。
設施：如圖片所示，一間院子分兩邊，一邊一套，一套兩層，兩張大床在二樓。優勢是空間非常大，缺點是wifi不好用，衹有基本的配備。
衞生：衹能説人手不夠，空間又大，房間又多，衞生很難十全十美的。露天泳池有小甲蟲游泳什麼的，洗澡隔斷裏的水容易溢出等等，問題也不是太大。有評價説有股黴味，我感覺衹是木製品的味道，而且衹是進門的時候比較大，到了二樓還好。
總結：入住率不高的原因，還是景點不給力。我們是為了賀江碧道畫廊入住的，這個景點比較小眾，九曲十八彎的賀江是很美的，可惜衹有這個景點不足以支撐這裏的旅遊業。路過的話可以一遊，專門來的話就不必了。但封開還是很好客的。

UUsuário convidado位置好找，走路到步行街大概兩百米，酒店背後有停車場，電梯上落，前台服務態度很好，提前到達辦理入住了，房間衞生很乾凈，沒有異味，被褥很舒服，分到了7樓的房間，靠邊的房間可以看到文體廣場，晚上有人跳舞，不過21點之後就安靜了，不影響休息。洗浴用具齊全，熱水供應穩定，但洗手盆水龍頭有點猛，一不小心就會濺到身上，床頭插座衹有一個，不夠用。早餐品種挺多的，味道還可以，自助餐吃得很飽。整體與描述基本一致，價格合理，值得推薦。
