This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient

The stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish! One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us. Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and airport-friendly stay in the city.”

A parte do nome “aeroporto” refere-se ao facto de poderem receber um transbordador do aeroporto do hotel.É um pouco frustrante que esteja tão longe do aeroporto real.  A sala estava limpa e bem equipada, com frigorífico e microondas, TV e rádio. As camas estavam limpas e confortáveis. Eu não uso o restaurante, mas a área do lobby estava limpa e bem iluminada. O wifi estava rápido.

Fiquei por uma noite antes do meu voo. Boa localização, perto do aeroporto e muitos restaurantes a uma distância razoável a pé. A localização é muito boa. Demora 15 minutos a pé para o aeroporto e há um autocarro gratuito. As instalações são um pouco antigas, mas estão totalmente equipadas. Altamente recomendado se você quiser apenas passar a noite, mas não tiver grandes requisitos de instalações.

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.
