"The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and is reasonably clean. However, the service could be improved, and most of the staff have limited English skills, which can make communication difficult. Also, the prices have increased recently, so it doesn’t offer the same value for money as it used to."

"Прожила в данном отеле неделю, продлив аренду дважды, больше некоторых других постояльцев, поэтому могу сказать всё по факту.
Отель очень понравился прежде всего тем, что всё новое и чистое, как я люблю. Белые полотенца, халаты, постельное, всё без желтизны и пятен.
Новый ремонт, кондиционер работает хорошо, есть бассейн, где можно отлежаться и позагорать в жаркую погоду.
Менеджеры приветливы, участливы, был предоставлен трансфер из аэропорта, где встретили с розой и довезли до отеля, это очень было приятно)
Минусы: не хватало классики на завтрак -блинчиков и овсяной каши, а также обыкновенной яичницы и кофемашины, чтобы можно было выпить капучино или хотя бы американо, был предложен только растворимый кофе.
Это очень удивило, так как рассчитывала попробовать настоящий армянский кофе.
Были варёные яйца, это плюс, я считаю.
Телевизор не смогла настроить посмотреть, но WiFi отличный, спокойно могла вести онлайн встречи, всё смотрела на своём компьютере что хотела сама.
Рядом есть круглосуточный магазин и самое главное - таверна Топаз, где просто самые вкусные хинкали, это точно!)
В целом отель рекомендую , у кого высокие требования к обстановке, чистоте, ремонту."

"Отель хороший и современный. Находится в пешей доступности от площади республик, минут 15. Рядом есть все необходимое: магазины и аптеки.
Номер хороший, все есть. Завтрак тоже хороший.
Единственный минус: при заселении пытались с нас взять больше, чем должны, тк сотрудник не провел аудит и поэтому больше ночей отображалось. А потом дал ключи от номера где было не убрано.
В остальном все хорошо"

UUsuário convidadoI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

AAnna Gromova FloristA magnificent, fresh hotel in the heart of Yerevan. We had a beautiful standard room with a balcony and a very comfortable bed, complete with panoramic windows. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – fresh juice, champagne, fish, fruits, and I especially loved the Eggs Benedict and the chocolate fountain. From 4 PM to 4:45 PM, there's a free tasting of chocolate-covered strawberries and other fruits near the reception. Everything is incredibly stylish; the interior design is fantastic! It's truly the best hotel in Yerevan. They're also planning to launch a spa soon. My only minor suggestions are that for a double room, there was only one bottle each of sparkling and still water. We asked for more, and they brought it, but it would be great to have at least one bottle per person as standard. Also, check-in was at 4 PM instead of 3 PM because our room wasn't ready. They offered us ice cream as compensation, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Regardless, this is still the best hotel in Yerevan. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

UUsuário convidadoO hotel está muito centralmente em Eriwan. O check-in foi simples. O quarto foi grande e confortável. A casa de banho foi muito limpa e mantida. O gelo é um buffet de pequeno-almoço com saladas bonitas e muita fruta. Há muitos queijos. As placas de salsichas também pareciam boas, mas eu não como salsichas, por isso não posso avaliar o sabor. Os bolos eram versáteis. Eu comi principalmente lavabo e pão de laranja arménio. Bom café e bom sumo. Além disso, no hotel havia uma piscina limpa e uma sauna que usei muitas vezes. Também aqui tudo estava limpo. A recepção ajudou com as perguntas. Se eu voltar para Erivan, eu certamente voltarei ao hotel.

UUsuário convidadoJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.
الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated.
We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding.
The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes.
The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable.
The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan.
Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!
