This unit faces into the trade winds, providing a cooling breeze, even on the warmest summer days. For sleeping comfort, there is AIR CONDITIONING in the bedroom, which is not often found.This is a spacious one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath floor plan offering a spacious 1000 sq. ft. of interior living space. With high ceilings, and an open floor plan, the condo feels much larger. Unique to this unit, are glass French doors in the bedroom, which provide views of the ocean, in the distance. The expanded kitchen design, allows for a generous area to prepare meals, when going out is not necessary. Few restaurants will have a better table with a view!The appliance are all new, and the cabinets are bamboo. It is fully equipped and ready for any meal preparation you might want to do.The floors are all tile throughout, and there is a window wall of glass looking out towards the pool and ocean beyond. It is rare to find a heated pool on Kauai, and this one is one of the best, having been recently renovated. There are several grill areas around the property, so preparing a meal on the grill should be easy.
