"Very nice hotel in Lino, pretty close to 荔波古城 by walking cross the bridge, plenty restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is great with variety of food including local dishes, really like their rice crackers. Front desk staff is very warm and helpful."

"The room was very new and clean, with excellent soundproofing. Even though it's by the road, I couldn't hear any noise at all. I could sit in the room, enjoy the mountain view, and have coffee. The bedding was super comfortable, and I slept really well. A big shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the young lady, who was very patient, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. They also offer pick-up and drop-off services to the station. It's super convenient as it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the Xiaoqikong East Gate, with plenty of dining options and a pharmacy nearby. After a day of sightseeing, you can quickly head back to rest."

We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors.
