"I've been to Genhe several times, and finally, there's a nice, large hotel in the city center! It seems to be in its trial operation phase, as there weren't many guests. The hotel has a great location, right on the main road leading into the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Cold Pole Thermometer. The price is reasonable for the summer, and we were upgraded upon check-in. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea, but the front desk, hearing we wouldn't arrive until after 7 pm, proactively reserved two delicious dinners for us. Bottled water is unlimited, provided by Baishui Mountain. The room is quite large and comfortable, and very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, but the 7-9 am time slot felt a bit early. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and Xiao Wang was particularly helpful, even helping us with our luggage in the car before we left."

"這次入住根河敖魯古雅右岸酒店，體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！ 酒店位置特別好，就在敖魯古雅景區裏，環境安靜優美，被森林環繞，推開窗就是美景，離馴鹿部落很近，出行方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施新、空間大，床品舒服，睡得特別踏實。供暖足、熱水穩，在根河這種冷地方住着特別暖和舒服。 前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房快，有問題響應及時，態度特別好，讓人感覺很暖心。衞生做得很到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，住着放心。酒店停車方便，對我們自駕、辦事的人太友好了。 整體性價比高，環境、服務、設施都很在線，是來根河住宿的首選。以後再來根河，一定還住這裏，真心推薦給大家！"

"I received a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The self-service laundry room on the 4th floor was very convenient. The next day, after checking out, I realized I had left my earphones in the room. I contacted the hotel front desk, and they helped me retrieve them and mail them back. They were patient and provided excellent service. I recommend staying here."

"超出預期的一次入住！沒想到在根河這麼小的地方享受到了這麼好的入住體驗。 房間很乾凈，配套的備品非常細緻，一次性浴缸套和一次性馬桶蓋套都有，很加分！ 房間還有汗蒸房，太棒了！ 前台也很熱情！特別是小邵！幫我們推行李，叫出租車，還一直擔心我們外出的行程，我們吃完飯回酒店時她已經在酒店門口等了。 非常熱情的姐妹！ 下次還來住這裏！"

"我們寫評價當然是希望後來人能看到，也希望酒店能夠看到。説實話，這個酒店所處的環境非常的好，周邊是大興安嶺的腹地，森林的景觀讓人心曠神怡，我們是從額爾古納濕地前往的根河，從根河的市區又奔赴的這家酒店，酒店距離市區的距離不算遠，20分鐘曲徑通幽，在前往酒店的路上還看到了一衹野鹿，酒店在森林之中也是很遼闊啊，四座建築也很有格調。最可圈可點的是酒店的早餐，我認為吃的非常的舒服，也很好吃，尤其是它的蒜泥白肉，奶茶也不錯，就是有一個瑕疵，酒店的這個房間呢，不是很大，雖然説它有一個院子可以出門，就看到户外的風景，但是酒店如果是標準間的話，兩張床呢，還是稍微有點個擁擠，放行李箱啊，缺少很充足的地方。但説實話，以它在當時的價格，以及在根河這個地方已經是非常好的酒店了，打掃的也比較乾淨，酒店的這個服務員呢，其實可以在着裝方面穿的專業一點，也再熱情一點，我認為酒店就沒有太大的問題了。"

"酒店是一片別墅羣，每套房間都是獨立的一棟，預訂的時間房源緊張，不管三七二十一趕緊下手訂了一間。 辦理入住要去隔壁的大酒店，遇到前台的姐姐親和力特別強。我們入住的是20棟，兩個完全獨立的一室一廳，住兩家人沒問題，對我們夫妻倆來説有點浪費了。 房間應該是有設計師設計的，軟裝簡潔又大氣。有暖氣供暖了，室內不冷。床品都很舒服，乾淨整潔。早餐也是需要去隔壁酒店的餐廳，相對於住宿的品質，食物的品質稍遜了一些。 整體是非常滿意的一次入住體驗！"
