This is an absolutely awful place. We couldn’t stay there. It was stinking. The sheets bedding towels and mattresses were dirty and marked. The door was not secured properly. It was to vulnerable to stay. Caravans in the car park with people in them. We were too frightened to stay

10 out of 10 for customer service. I can not comment on the rest as I did not see it. I booked through *********** ( it was only £25.00) and decided to ignore the bad reviews and take a risk, as the Inn was under new management and was being refurbished. When I arrived they did not have a room for me, although they were fully booked, *********** was still taking bookings and sending them to the old management. There was no fuss, the Manager just took me around to the hotel next door, and paid for me to stay there. He told me it was not the first time this had happened but they could not seem to get *********** to stop doing it! He could have just given me my £25.00 and left me to my own devices, but he booked me into the hotel next door and paid the difference, which was significantly more. Excellent customer service. Thank you! Very odd that I am unable to leave a review on ***********, I wonder why :) Good job I took a printout of my booking with me.
