We stayed the night after seeing the comedy show in the ******. The rooms were very large and well appointed. We also enjoyed the steak house, the sports bar and the snack bar and had great experiences in all. We didn't gamble but the ****** looked nice.

When i arrived and checked in my room was booked for two twin beds instead of a king size bed. The younger lady working checked my ******* confirmation and got it fixed right away with no hesitation. She was very polite from behinning to end! We also arrived an hour early and didnt have to wait to check in. I loved that the parking lot was secured and patroled all hours so i didnt have to worry about my vehicle. Highly reccomend the santa anna! Thank you for making my experience to new mexico great!

There are not microwaves in the room. They will also not provide a rollaway because they say it is a fire hazard. Even though online, they said that they do provide these things, I also verified upon checking in with the hotel clerk. but as soon as he took my money, none of the accommodations were made. We ended up checking out and leaving. I also felt like they didn’t like the fact that we had our children with us. They seem to be a non-children environment. If you have kids, this is not somewhere I would recommend to stay.

The room was clean, the shower had no pressure nor hot water ran out. The sheets were amazing. The ****** had no bar area where you could drink and gamble I don't think other New Mexico casinos have that limitation

It's beautiful, clean and great amenities. The bowling was fun, the Juniper steakhouse was amazing. Go with the salmon or mahi mahi, they won't disappoint. The mattress and pillows need work. The pillows are not good at all. If you like a firm mattress then you'll like it but I doubt anyone would like those pillows. They really need an adjustment. The mattress I may be a bit hard on as I have a tempurpedic but my shoulders ( both shoulders) still hurt from sleeping on it yesterday. They are way too firm for side sleepers. Ive stayed at multiple places and have been a fair person in evaluating my stays. These pillows really need help.

Front desk was wondeful! The room and stay was good. I only have a small complaint. I wish the lighting in the bathroom was better!

Very clean throughout. 1 issue was the shower, shower head needs to be cleaned. Water was spraying in odd directions. Suspect calcium build up, soaking in vinegar usually takes care of the problem. Might be a problem in all showers.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the view of the Sandia mountains was incredible! My family and I had a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Albuquerque!
