Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin.

Excellent stay, large and luxurious bathrooms. Area is ok, in the central business area, well connected via tube but not in the thick of the action, not a criticism more to note. Very friendly staff

Fantastic location close to everything, shipping, tourist attractions and restaurants…Room was clean and breakfast was good ( could have been better)… but no complaints and will stay next time again at this hotel

Goed hotel voor een paar dagen. Locatie is het hoogtepunt van het hotel. Vlakbij ligt de U-bahn waarmee je voor een tientje per dag heel Berlijn kan ontdekken. Anderzijds zijn de Brandenburger en Check Point Charlie op loopafstand te bereiken. De omgeving voelt veilig aan zelfs in de avond/nacht. De mogelijkheid voor bijvoorbeeld een gratis kopje koffie had de service hoger doen scoren.

Ich habe gestern eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Berlin verbracht und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich empfangen, alles lief schnell und unkompliziert. Genau so sollte es sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig, sodass ich richtig gut schlafen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass alles gepflegt und durchdacht wirkte, nichts war abgewohnt oder lieblos. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top – gute Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden etwas dabei. Auch der Service war aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, man kommt schnell überall hin, egal ob geschäftlich oder privat unterwegs. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Great experience, have great memories, the staff was really nice!!

Passamos um fim de semana prolongado (3 noites) no hotel e ficamos muito satisfeitos; quarto espaçoso, limpo e silencioso. A localização também é ótima, a 5 a 10 minutos de caminhada da Potsdamerplatz, de onde você pode chegar facilmente a todos os outros pontos centrais de Berlim; Uma caminhada até a Filarmônica (5 minutos de distância) e o Tiergarten também é uma boa opção... adoraríamos voltar.

Três coisas afetaram gravemente a minha experiência no hotel.Na verdade, havia várias substâncias amarelas e sticks no banco de banho.Porque EU estava com pressa para usar o banho, EU tive que limpá-las com um banho molhado. Então os tecidos na caixa de tecidos do banheiro eram uma merda completa; todos os tecidos foram colocados caótico, e cada vez que tiras um, uma grande quantidade iria sair. Eu não sei o que o pessoal de limpeza está fazendo. Além disso, as antigas instalações tornaram a experiência muito incómoda, especialmente porque o banheiro não tinha ventilação de escape.Depois de usar a casa de banho, tive de abrir toda a janela para ventilar, MAS a eficiência de aquecimento também era muito baixa. No inverno frio, depois de abrir a janela para deixar o ar fresco, levou um Longo tempo para a sala aquecer.Todo o exp sente Como um hotel de 50 euros, EM vez de Quatro estrelas.

Travelled alone. The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus. Nice quiet position but with a lot of things nearby and excellent transport links.
