Services are good for the price. Good breakfast. Near city center, many restaurants in the area. Staff at reception are wonderful, very positive, friendly , and helpful. No complain at all. Room service staff need more training, they seems forgetful not adding coffee and creamer. Some day they come to clean my room around 4pm. Small gym with few equipment but they all works well. But the floor may need more cleaning.

A minha experiência recente de pequeno-almoço neste hotel tinha SUAS posições e descidas.Primeiro, a cadeira de Alta qualidade do bebê estava desapontadamente suja, Mesmo depois de passar um Grande tempo a limpá-la com lamas molhadas, Como se vê nas fotos. As normas de limpeza devem, sem dúvida, ser melhoradas. No que diz respeito ao serviço de pequeno-almoço, Parece que apenas um servidor mantém tudo, e Levou 20 minutos para que um iogurte simples fosse servido.Estou confiante que EU poderia ter feito isso EM dois minutos. Além disso, a parte do iogurte era bastante pequena, e a comida de ovelha era quase ingestivelmente seca, MAS tenho de admitir que a opção de pequeno-almoço completo redimiu a experiência de jantar. Em suma, enquanto o pequeno-almoço completo era agradável, a limpeza do cadAno alto e o serviço lento para iogurte básico precisam de melhorias significativas.

Foi UMA experiência agradável EM geral, MAS EU esperava Mais de um hotel Como este.O chão Da sala não estava limpo e movido, e havia pó EM qualquer lugar. Também não conseguimos UMA garrafa de água. Mas EU pedi-lhes para ver se podemos verificar um pouco cedo e eles não nos deixam com custos adicionais!

Ficamos em apartamentos de dois quartos. O apartamento fica perto do centro da cidade, com fácil acesso ao transporte público. O prédio também conta com um grande mercado, onde você pode cozinhar, com fogão a gás, geladeira, lava-louças e máquina de lavar. Recomendamos esta acomodação para uma parada e exploração de Belfast!

On arriving at the hotel I didn’t find the reception very appealing. However, staff were lovely and the room was great. Very reasonable cost and lots of restaurants basically next door. We did not eat at the hotel but there was a great menu. Bar staff were lovely and accommodated a change on drinks request with no issues. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t hear any noise at night time. We loved our stay and will most definitely return. Thank you Ramada at Wyndham

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Really great stay at this hotel - short but definitely recommend! The hotel is really modern and is very central. Belfast is extremely walkable and we loved our time here. Reception team were very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
