We arrived in Belfast early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 11am, so we really appreciated the team arranging an early check-in for us. After travelling with a family, being able to settle into our room straight away made the start of our trip so much more comfortable. We were also welcomed with the cutest little gift in our room, such a thoughtful and personal touch that immediately made us feel special. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and beautifully located on the waterfront. We loved the views across the River Lagan, and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring Belfast on foot. Most importantly, the hospitality was excellent. Everyone we met was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
