Enjoyed my stay there. The hotel outlook has a traditional flare to it if you want something different.
Their food is nice but the menu lacks variety which is why I think it was a bit overpriced.

Lovely hotel, great location (20 walk to city centre) & train station close by (Botanic stop). Plenty of bars & restaurants in the area. Hotel has its own bar & small nite club in basement. I didn’t have dinner as it was fully booked due to Christmas parties but did have a lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly & room was comfortable & clean. Our room was at front overlooking entrance but no noise could be heard. No car park but on street parking on side street is safe. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend

Great hotel and wonderful staff. We also ate dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. We visited Belfast as my daughter had an interview but we would gladly come again and stay at this hotel again.

The cleanliness of the room was appaling (photos attached). Staining to bedding, carpet, towels, etc. Room was cold and on a main street so rather noisy, even on a Monday night. Food was possibly the worst i've ever had despite how aesthetic the dining/ bar area is.

Staff were fantastic, very chatty, helpful, nothing was a bother.
We had evening meal in the restaurant, food beautiful.
My only thing was the water from coffee maker in bedroom did not taste good, would prefer a kettle.
However, that did not dampen our stay, we would definitely go back and highly recommend. Thank you!

This is not a run of the mill-hotel, it's a House with a personality. The staff at the reception was simply great; friendly and informative, with a smile. The room, never seen such efficient curtains, made the room really dark. The shower arrangements in the bathroom reminded me of a Bulgarian chemical plant, though with fewer levers. My long-haired daughter had to rinse her hair at the handbasin, due to the weak flow of water from the shower nozzle. The room was situated just beside the lift, so we heard all our fellow guests who came to our floor. All in all, those were minor inconveniences, fully compensated by the professional and very friendly staff. Thank You!

The staff was kind, funny and helpful. The bar and restaurant are a beautiful atmosphere however when you get to the rooms, they are more like a bed and breakfast. The room was stuffy with a slight smell. While there was a fan in the closet area it was not very strong. The bathroom has a smell, like the pipes are eroding and gases are being emitted. The shower knob was coming off and the water never turned hot. I was looking forward to a shower and thankfully I was only there one night. So no shower. The bed was hard and left comfort to be desired.

Great Inn. Staff, bar, restaurant were all terrific. I would highly recommend. It is located in the best area of Belfast. Walkable to everything and where all the action is! Great restaurants and bars!

Great fun. A quirky hotel connected to a lovely bar with wonderful cocktails. Staff (bar and hotel) were pleasant to deal with and friendly. A nice area that is easily walkable. Not fancy, but nice, clean, and unique. Would definitely recommend!
