The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. But the downside was certainly the breakfast. Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:00 and we arrived at 08:15 with almost no food left in the serving trays and the little that was left, was cold. When we asked the chef is more coming then he said no. This is the portion he makes. Our second day we didn’t even bother to go for breakfast. Also in our bathroom we found toothpaste lids from previous guests on the floor which was a little concerning. The rest was nice, especially the fruits, juice and ice cream!

Very friendly and comfortable stay, the facility is very new and interior design is chic. I mistakenly booked just one night of the stay and the staff quickly managed to extend my booking despite the limited vacancy during that period of time without any problem. Will choose this hotel again if it happens to have one near my work location.

Suitable for hosting large events and there are nearby parks to walk around. I booked this place for its convenience to a university I was visiting as well as attractions in the north west of Beijing

For the second time we live in the network of these hotels (previously in Shanghai), we all like, the hotel is far from the center, but for us it was not a problem, a beautiful and new hotel, a welcoming staff, there is a room with washing and drying machines, There is a zone with a runway and an ellipse, during our stay opened a new metro station across the road from the hotel)) Next to a McDonalds, Lucky coffee, small shops and cafes, in 5 minutes a large shopping mall, There is a good food and a huge food court) in general, hotel recommended)

The hotel is in the vicinity of the Summer Palace. We were the only Westerners in the hotel and we could communicate with the staff by translation tools only. It was a warm welcome. Place was clean, bathroom a sort of a modern modular unit. Central airconditioning in the room wasn't very responsive. Nice vegetarian breakfast, very friendly staff once more.

為了給自己的生日來點儀式感，特意選了住香山飯店，爬香山。飯店選擇很明智，雖然香山飯店開業已經有四十多年，但是建築很現代時尚又兼具園林古典特色，不愧是國際建築大師之作。選住的晴雲別院是前兩年剛裝修的，所以房間很新，設施都很現代，衞生也很好。因為是生日，飯店還特地給送了果盤，小禮物和卡片，午餐的時候還給送了生日麪，特別温暖，謝謝香山飯店出色的服務水平，給我帶來了特別温馨的感受。感謝當日值班的各位工作人員，謝謝你們，讓我的生日更多精彩！

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, with fresh citrus aroma everywhere, the room hygiene is very good, the corners are neat and clean, the bedding is fluffy and soft, the indoor sound insulation effect is outstanding, and it will not be disturbed by the outside world. The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete, 24-hour laundry and drying equipment, gym are all available, buffet breakfast is complete with meat and vegetables, which can meet the needs of different tastes. The location of the store is excellent and the travel is very convenient. It is especially suitable for short-term stays or long-term rest. It has been recommended to friends around me. If you come to this city later, you will still give priority to the orange hotel.

Everything was beautiful in this hotel. Although I booked a non smoking room, my room smelled like cigarette smell and there was no window to ventilate the air. I liked the location and design of this hotel but I cannot stand the smell in the room. I have a cpap machine for my sleep apnea and it smelled like cigarettes so I could not breathe well at night time. Hotel would be better with air purifier and windows to ventilate air
