Very friendly and comfortable stay, the facility is very new and interior design is chic. I mistakenly booked just one night of the stay and the staff quickly managed to extend my booking despite the limited vacancy during that period of time without any problem. Will choose this hotel again if it happens to have one near my work location.

It was really clean and tidy, very new, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I was very satisfied and would stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. But the downside was certainly the breakfast. Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:00 and we arrived at 08:15 with almost no food left in the serving trays and the little that was left, was cold. When we asked the chef is more coming then he said no. This is the portion he makes. Our second day we didn’t even bother to go for breakfast. Also in our bathroom we found toothpaste lids from previous guests on the floor which was a little concerning. The rest was nice, especially the fruits, juice and ice cream!

為了給自己的生日來點儀式感，特意選了住香山飯店，爬香山。飯店選擇很明智，雖然香山飯店開業已經有四十多年，但是建築很現代時尚又兼具園林古典特色，不愧是國際建築大師之作。選住的晴雲別院是前兩年剛裝修的，所以房間很新，設施都很現代，衞生也很好。因為是生日，飯店還特地給送了果盤，小禮物和卡片，午餐的時候還給送了生日麪，特別温暖，謝謝香山飯店出色的服務水平，給我帶來了特別温馨的感受。感謝當日值班的各位工作人員，謝謝你們，讓我的生日更多精彩！

An Unexpectedly Great Stay – Hanting Hotel Review I chose Hanting Hotel for my recent trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. From the location and service to the amenities, everything was satisfying. Regarding location and transportation, the hotel boasts an excellent spot right next to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. Whether for a business trip or sightseeing, reaching your destination is quick and easy. The surrounding area is also well-developed, with convenience stores and various restaurants downstairs, making finding food and shopping very handy. The service experience was the biggest highlight. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in was efficient and quick. They even proactively offered tea. Some guests shared stories of the front desk helping with complimentary room upgrades and actively assisting with luggage, small details that made a big difference. Room service was equally meticulous; the cleaning staff were diligent and responsible, keeping the room spotless every day. As for room facilities, Hanting maintained the consistent hygiene standards of a chain brand. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the zero-pressure mattress ensured a good night's sleep. Hot water flow was stable and abundant, with excellent water pressure. Many newer branches are also equipped with smart room control systems – just a voice command controls the lights and air conditioning, plus there are delivery robots, adding a great touch of technology. Other facilities are also comprehensive. The self-service laundry room is available 24 hours, which is very practical for travelers on longer trips. The hotel also offers thoughtful services like free WiFi and unlimited bottled water. Of course, as an economy chain hotel, the experience may vary between different Hanting branches, with some older ones having slightly dated facilities and smaller rooms. However, overall, Hanting offers excellent value for money in its price range, thanks to its consistent quality, clean environment, and enthusiastic service. Hanting will remain my top choice for my next trip.

全季酒店一直是始終如一的環境和服務，房間整潔，裝修風格看着讓人舒服，細節把控到位。前台小姐姐非常奈斯。這家在華為會展中心附近，周邊還有好幾個公園，秋天來感受大自然的美真的不錯！

The hotel is more than what I expecting with the price that I paying for. Clean and all of the requirements are fulfilled without any further questions ask.

斷斷續續在西西里度假莊園酒店住過幾個月了，真是非常喜歡的度假酒店，體驗一如既往得好，還會常來哦。在西四環四季青附近，毗鄰高爾夫球場鬧中取靜，離市區又不遠。整體裝潢是復古歐式古堡風，超級適合會客和開party。前台和餐廳服務員都非常熱情周到，笑容温暖，早餐廳的小姐姐對小朋友很温柔。btw，屋內衞生乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適，尤其小朋友很喜歡有一次碰到房間裏有個電壁爐～

來這邊出差，剛剛開業的漢庭，服務特別好，早餐豐富。點贊一下房間的沙發和桌子，對辦公人員，太友好了，以前住過很多酒店，面積小就不説了，辦公桌也沒有，辦公不方便。這次這個漢庭面積挺大，也安靜，辦公效率都提升了。贊👍
