**Hotel Review: Beijing Lido Crown Plaza** I recently stayed at the Beijing Lido Crown Plaza and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The morning breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a variety of options, although I did find it a bit repetitive after a few days. Nevertheless, it provided a good start to each day. The facilities were impressive, particularly the beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped gym area, both of which I took full advantage of during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is a major plus; it's just a short walk to the underground station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, I would recommend the Beijing Lido Crown Plaza for its cleanliness, excellent staff, and great facilities. An area of improvement I would suggest to have more breakfast variety, although it had many choices of Chinese cuisine but it’s the same dishes everyday.

Bom e limpo. Quarto de bom tamanho. Equipe prestativa, especialmente no check-out quando precisei de ajuda para obter um fapiao completo. O café da manhã era decente, muitas opções cozidas e muitas frutas frescas. No entanto, o ar condicionado não funcionava no quarto e estava 25 graus no quarto. Abrir as janelas ajudou a resfriá-lo, mas havia uma construção muito barulhenta do lado de fora, o que fez com que abrir as janelas atrapalhasse muito o sono.

Foi uma experiência inesperadamente boa. Desde o início da reserva, a senhorita Hu Melody ajudou pacientemente a responder a perguntas. Ela também atualizou para uma suíte Wangjing SOHO gratuitamente, adicionou café da manhã e atrasou o check-out. Ai meu Deus, o ritmo do pet está cheio! Indicado por um amigo, o hotel recebeu funcionários simpáticos e hospitaleiros. O primeiro quarto que me foi atribuído estava surpreendentemente desarrumado. Os chinelos estavam fora da mala e ao lado da cama, os cobertores estavam puxados para cima nos cantos (a recepção disse que era para maior comodidade dos hóspedes, mas eu nunca vi e fiquei preocupado), a TV estava puxada para fora da mesa e mal posicionada, a iluminação era fraca e o chão parecia encharcado e danificado. Demorou 15 minutos para me mudarem para outro quarto. O segundo quarto ficava no último andar, o ambiente era melhor, mas as cortinas eram um pouco difíceis de operar e o sistema elétrico e de controle central do quarto estava um tanto desatualizado. Além disso, a temperatura do ar condicionado era problemática; liguei especificamente para perguntar sobre isso ao fazer a reserva e me disseram que seria ar frio, mas ao chegar, disseram que seria ventilação natural e o quarto, a 18,5 graus Celsius, estava na verdade bastante quente. A cafeteria no segundo andar era agradável. No geral, não atendeu às minhas expectativas, mas foi conveniente para uma viagem de negócios de uma noite até o Aeroporto da Capital.

Fiquei lá por quase um mês (ainda no hotel enquanto digitava isso) visitando Pequim e pedi alguns documentos pelo correio internacional, que atrasaram por causa dos feriados de Ano Novo, então tive que prolongar minha estadia no hotel várias vezes... A localização e a janela do hotel obviamente foram muito elogiadas aqui no site por outros hóspedes, eu mesmo gostaria de acrescentar que a melhor parte do hotel são os anfitriões. As meninas que trabalham lá são TÃO prestativas e atenciosas que parece um serviço 5 estrelas. Elas não falam inglês, mas em nenhuma ocasião isso se tornou um obstáculo. Você pode confiar sua vida a elas rs. Agora, o quarto em si é mais como um estúdio do que um quarto de hotel, tem uma TV, área de cozinha, máquina de lavar, muitos armários e um guarda-roupa gigante, o espaço em si é enorme. Esta área chique do SOHO fica a 5 minutos a pé da entrada do hotel, se é isso que você gosta. E sim, é iluminado e brilha na sua janela com os arranha-céus ao redor. Eu recomendo este hotel 100%. Além do hotel, por favor, leia bastante sobre Pequim e a China como um todo antes de vir aqui. É um planeta diferente, acredite em mim, haha

Room: 10/10 I love my spacious room with SOHO as the view! The room was also clean and comfortable.  Check-in: 7/10 I got msg that the check in time is on 3 pm and I already there from 2:30 but still need to wait for almost 2 hours to get in.  Service: 8/10 Especially for the 800 deposit, the receptionist should explain it that it will be sent in 3 days, I kept on calling to make sure abt this but they can handle it very well and I got my deposit back in 3 days. This should be explained clearly when the guest checked out. The staff can speak English very well, this is important for foreign guest like me. I always stay in Hyatt no matter where I go, this Hyatt could be improved. Thanks!

This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year. I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review. Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help.

Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Also, I was very happy with the quality and choices of the breakfast buffet. Overall I was very happy and the stay was a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing.

We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a ”pet” robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.
