The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!

Convenient location, 10-15 min walk to nearest subway station, 20-25 min walk to Beijing train station. Clean, cosy, spacious room, clean linen and manchester. Quiet neighbourhood, a few eateries and convenience shops nearby. Very courteous, thoughtful and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Good value too!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The staff were super friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, and well-maintained cleanliness. We appreciated the walkability of the area, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, exceptional staff, and fantastic facilities.

In general, the services and facilities are acceptable. The hotel upgraded my better room type without extra charges. It really showed a good customer oriented service. The hotel location is just next to few beer pubs and some good restaurants. The price is reasonable for food and beers. There is one restaurant that can be considered nearby where they provide charcoal grilled skewers and whole lamb leg. They really provide tasty and succulent meat. The restaurant is called Black Forest, Chaoyang. You will definitely like and value for money.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Beijing, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. When we encountered a minor issue with the tap, they efficiently and promptly changed our room. Plus, the adorable robot delivering our waimai (takeout) to the room was super efficient! The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was super clean and thoughtfully provided with everything we needed, including a steamer for our wrinkled clothes. The only small challenge was the light combinations – turning on the bathroom lights would trigger other lights in the room, making nighttime trips to the toilet a bit tricky without waking up my partner. But aside from that, the room was cosy, sexy, and elegant – the perfect blend. While the location isn’t very convenient for sightseeing, the Crystal Orange is conveniently close to a metro station. So, getting around the city was still manageable. I highly recommend the Crystal Orange to anyone visiting Beijing. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable!”

We only stayed 2 nights in Beijing, with tours to Mitianyu Great Wall and Forbidden City (both through Mubus). Hotel is located very close to the subway, and quite close to the palace. Check in easy with phone translator. And lots of water in the room for the hot weather. There is a good restaurant downstairs on the main road that had good duck. Room was pricey for what we needed but very comfortable

This time, I stayed at the Waldorf Hutong Courtyard in Beijing and was very satisfied with it 👍 My husband and I would like to thank our concierge Jeffery, who was very warm and polite and patiently explained to my husband in English. The doorman Will brought water to my husband and me while waiting for the car Thanks to the aunt who helped us with the night bed service, who always greeted us with a smile and took the initiative to help us get the large clothes drying rack and boil water. Our stay benefit included a 30-minute shoulder, neck and back massage for two people. Lily and Angela received us at the spa. The service was very satisfactory! Very relaxing and decompressing! The clothing care machine provided in the room was very useful, and gave my husband a quick care of his suit. In addition, I asked the personal assistant for a latex pillow and a prayer blanket for my husband to pray. The hotel took into account the needs of guests from different cultures and countries, and was very considerate in this regard! Thank you to all the service staff for your dedication and patience! Although it was only one night, it left us with wonderful memories of our first night in Beijing!

I enjoyed my stay at Atour S Hotel. The rooms were clean and well insulated. When I walked in the hallway, I heard a child making noises; however, I couldn't hear anything from my room. I couldn't hear the street noises with the window shut. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Since I only used cash instead of WeChat pay, and I didn't have the exact amount of cash for breakfast, they kindly offered my a breakfast free of charge. They also used an app in their phone to book a taxi ride for me and carried my heavy luggage to the taxi. Breakfast was excellent with many delicious and healthy options. Overall, a 5-star!

The location of the hotel is very accessible, walking streets is just afew mins walk away. Room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here. Minbar is free also free 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
