The garage is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and the sound including but not limited to chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle board, and boogie boards. You do not have to haul things here from home or pay for additional rentals and purchases. It is all already here for you so you can simply relax and enjoy. Our small beautiful community has an indoor pool (open mid-May through mid-October), fishing/relaxing pier, basketball, and a tennis and pickleball court. It is a quick walk across the street to the ocean and beautiful beach. The top level has a stocked kitchen, full bath, living/dining area, queen bedroom, and a screened-in porch. The cottage has plenty of parking, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a utility room with a washer/dryer, beach carts, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for your use.
