Let’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

Estava muito excitado por ficar Neste hotel.A sala tinha UMA atmosfera maravilhosa e tive sorte EM receber UMA sala com um tecto elevado, o que Fez com que o espaço se sentisse ainda Mais espaçoso e arável.A sala também estava muito limpa. O único desconto é que, depois de passar algum tempo no quarto ou usar o banheiro, o cheiro de esgotos forte começou a vir do drenagem, e mesmo com o capacete fechado, o cheiro ainda era bastante desagradável. Em termos de transporte, tudo era muito conveniente.Pode contactar o lobby para organizar transferências em torno de Koh Phangan (para um custo adicional). Os hóspedes também podem aceder à piscina e a alguns serviços noutros hotéis do mesmo grupo (podem ser aplicados custos adicionais), o que facilita a viagem e acrescenta mais atividades para desfrutar. No que se refere ao buffet de pequeno-almoço, havia UMA variedade de opções disponíveis, MAS a maioria DOS pratos estavam Muito frios, provavelmente porque eles tinham sido deixados fora por algum tempo.Apenas a estação de ovos serviu comida fresca cozida e quente.

The location was a bit far from the main area but the hotel did provide a paid for taxi service that was very accommodating. The restaurant and bar was very slow at serving, making the food and drinks and then as well as clearing up after us.

На территории отеля есть бассейн с глубиной, в котором действительно можно поплавать, а также небольшой спортивный комплекс (он расположен в самом дальнем углу территории, но это даже добавляет ощущение уединённости для тренировок). Мы проживали в отдельном домике — просторном, удобном, с хорошей планировкой. Площадь позволяет чувствовать свободу, а все элементы пространства функциональны и логично расположены. Здесь легко расслабиться и просто быть. Персонал отеля — отзывчивый и внимательный. Любые возникающие вопросы решались сразу, спокойно и с искренним желанием помочь. Отдельного внимания заслуживают завтраки. Завтраки с видом на море, на прекрасно обустроенной территории, у нас растягивались почти на три часа — и это лучшее подтверждение атмосферы места. Очень вкусно, продуманная подача, «тарелка» собрана грамотно и с чувством баланса. Можно позавтракать, затем искупаться, вернуться, снова выпить кофе… В целом зона завтрака буквально располагает к неспешности, размеренности и настоящему чиллу. Итог: Long Bay Resort — это не просто отель, а пространство для замедления, восстановления и проживания момента. Место, где сад, море, тело и дыхание соединяются в одно целое. Благодарность отелю: Спасибо Long Bay Resort за атмосферу, заботу, тишину и возможность прожить эти дни красиво, спокойно и осознанно. Este resort é simplesmente maravilhoso! Não é muito grande, então é aconchegante e confortável. Todos os quartos ficam de frente para a piscina ou para a praia. A praia, o restaurante, a piscina, a massagem, tudo fica bem perto. A única coisa que eu diria que não foi ideal é que o chuveiro é apenas um chuveiro de chuva, o que é difícil para crianças pequenas e bebês. No quarto, eles têm pequenos detalhes atenciosos, como chinelos, bolsa de praia que você pode usar durante a sua estadia e também oferecem repelente de mosquitos. Mas a melhor parte é o serviço excepcional, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e eficientes. À noite, é relaxante e conveniente reservar uma mesa na praia e, frequentemente, eles oferecem entretenimento como show de fogo ou saxofone. Muito grato pelos 3 dias que aproveitamos aqui. Definitivamente, recomendo a visita.

Da Kanda Villa Beach Resort, Koh Phangan – A Memorable Stay I stayed at this resort for 4 nights with my teenage son, and we had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to a staff member named Panan. She was very helpful, friendly, and caring — truly 5-star customer service. I also had a very special and unforgettable experience during our stay. I met a beautiful dog named Guy, who is 8 years old. He is very calm, gentle, and well-behaved. I fed him chicken every day, and he came to say “good morning” in front of our bungalow every morning. He could even understand what I said — when I asked for a high five, he did it! On the day we left, Guy came to walk with us and send us off at the reception. He is an amazing dog, and I was truly impressed and touched by him. Overall, our stay at Daganda Resort was warm, relaxing, and full of beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

O lugar é muito bonito, com uma vista incrível, mas para um hotel 4 estrelas, eles precisam fazer melhorias no geral, no serviço, na comida e nas instalações. O hotel fica muito longe do centro, cerca de 40 minutos de carro, e não oferece transporte gratuito; se você quiser ir à cidade por qualquer motivo, terá que pagar. Café da manhã: há variedade de comida, mas na minha opinião não é de boa qualidade, esperava mais. Instalações: a piscina e as espreguiçadeiras são ok, eles fornecem um tipo de tecido, mas não toalha. Quarto: meu quarto era bonito e limpo, mas muito escuro, o piso do banheiro era meio escorregadio e um pouco escorregadio, o que é um pouco perigoso.

Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch hat es einen tollen Charm. Man wird von süßen älteren Hunden empfangen was es direkt heimisch macht. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer einen Ameisenbefall, den wir bei Check-Out mitgeteilt haben. Den Befall haben wir am Vorabend um 22 Uhr entdeckt. Die Rezeption ist ab 22 Uhr geschlossen. Die Rezeption hat sich dafür entschuldigt und für uns war es kein Riesen Thema. Dennoch, offene Speisen sollten nicht im Zimmer liegen wie z.B. Kekse, Obst oder Brotreste. Das Frühstück war einfach gehalten. Für uns persönlich etwas wenig Auswahl. Ein Fahrradverleih hat das Hotel, welcher 1 Std kostenfrei ist und darüber hinaus 100 Thai Baht kostet. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal zu 7/11 radeln will. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle an, welcher 200 Thai Baht PRO PERSON kostet. (2 Personen also 400 Thai Baht) Bietet sich abends an, wenn man in die Stadt zu einem Nachtmarkt will. Toller Sonnenuntergang ist gratis zu genießen!

The place has great views with great service & very clean. The problem is its positioning & lack of trees. On the side of a hill it faces the hot sun all day & with no tree protection is melting every afternoon. The pool was green & murky when I stayed.

Only stayed here one night as I was booked the following days at a yoga retreat. It got the job done and is within walking distance of a really nice vegan restaurant.
