Recentemente, me hospedei neste hotel e tive uma experiência excepcional do início ao fim. A equipe me recebeu calorosamente assim que cheguei, e o processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. Durante toda a minha estadia, todos os membros da equipe com quem interagi foram profissionais, atenciosos e genuinamente dispostos a ajudar, o que me fez sentir valorizado e confortável. O quarto em si era impecável, moderno e bem equipado, com toques atenciosos como água mineral de cortesia, frigobar bem abastecido e produtos de higiene pessoal de alta qualidade. A cama era excepcionalmente confortável e apreciei as cortinas blackout que me permitiram uma noite de sono tranquila. O Wi-Fi era forte e confiável, o que facilitou o trabalho e o streaming sem interrupções. Um dos pontos altos foi o buffet de café da manhã. A variedade era impressionante, desde frutas frescas e doces até pratos quentes preparados na hora. Tudo tinha um sabor fresco e era bem preparado, e a área de refeições era elegante e relaxante. A localização do hotel também é excelente. Fica perto de transporte público, restaurantes e das principais atrações, facilitando a exploração da cidade. No geral, este hotel superou minhas expectativas em todos os sentidos. Eu não hesitaria em retornar e o recomendo fortemente a qualquer pessoa que visite a região.

O pessoal e o serviço do hotel são 4 estrelas.O que faz do hotel 5 estrelas são quartos e instalações. É limpo, seguro e bem mantido. Para ser justo, cheguei no início de Abril, Durante a temporada, MAS não me impressionou com o serviço prestado.O Pessoal era difícil de encontrar, ou seria apanhado no lobby.A entrada e a saída eram fáceis e o Pessoal era muito simpático. Os hóspedes internacionais são conscientes, poucos a nenhum pessoal falam inglês ou comunicam EM qualquer outra língua. O pequeno-almoço não era bom.Comida fria e dura, placas vazias, bebidas e alimentos não estavam a ser preenchidos, e depois as luzes desligadas depois do pequeno-almoço estavam terminadas.Poucas seleções, principalmente alimentos baratos e pão. Não há pessoal lá fora, Durante o MEU tempo, não há sinal de campainha, ninguém para te guiar para o Frente (Porque não é fácil encontrar primeiro), ninguém para ajudar com SUA bagagem. Um membro do pessoal está Na Frente do lobby depois de entrar para te dar as boas-vindas. A sala era espaçosa e limpa, tinha a maioria Das coisas que precisava e a qualidade do quarto e do banheiro era excelente.O balcão olhou para o pátio e o oceano que as pessoas podem ver se saírem, MAS era um adição agradável. A ilha do hotel está em tem tudo perto e a maioria dos táxis/Didi’s vai pegar-te em cinco minutos A área está a desenvolver-se há muitos anos e está a melhorar todos os anos.O Campo do Festival de Beer de Qingdao está próximo (cerca de 30 minutos de carro) no Verão, MAS a maioria Das atividades estão Na Cidade Cerca de UMA hora de carro para o resto do ano. Para este hotel, o foco é o quarto e as instalações, pois são cuidados e mantidos.Não tenho certeza se eu voltaria.

剛在這家酒店住完，性價比真的太高了，必須給個好評！首先是位置特別方便，出門不遠就是石長者，周邊餐飲便利店也很多，吃喝出行都不用愁。其次是服務讓人感覺很舒服，從前台辦理入住時的笑臉相迎，到隨口問路時工作人員的耐心指引，都很暖心。房間雖然不大，但打掃得一塵不染，熱水和水壓都很足，床墊軟硬適中，住着挺安心的。 最重要的是價格真的實惠！這個地段、這種服務水準，能有這樣的價位確實難得。對於預算有限又想住得舒服的朋友來説，這裡是很好的選擇。下次來這邊還會考慮住這裏，也會推薦給朋友！

Grande hotel com excelente localização e delicioso pequeno-almoço.O pessoal era muito amigável e útil, especialmente a Alina no despacho frontal, que forneceu excelente serviço.

The first room we were allocated had no electricity, but the staff were quick to rectify this oversight. We were upgraded to a better room, and had free breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Our bathroom had a somewhat unpleasant odour, most likely because it had poor ventilation. However, I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel overall, and the soft bed ensured a good night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed with the excellent customer service. The attentiveness of the hotel employees more than made up for the initial setbacks. The Crowne Plaza is a good choice for those looking for easy access to the city nightlife and a nice view of the bay.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect—having the May 4th Square Metro station right outside the front door made getting around so easy. It’s also great value for the price. Everyone on the staff was so kind, but a special shoutout goes to the housekeeping team. They were so attentive and even left us a sweet little note in our room, which was such a lovely touch! We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Qingdao.

My kids and I spent a week in Qingdao and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It turned out to be a lovely getaway. The room was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered a stunning ocean view—plus, we were treated to fireworks every evening right from our window, which was a magical touch. Breakfast was available every morning with a good range of options; we appreciated the variety. Room service was a hit with the kids—they couldn’t get enough of the spaghetti bolognaise and popcorn chicken! I personally enjoyed the club sandwich and the beef noodles. We devoted an entire day to the water park, where the kids had an absolute blast. Although some parts of it could use renovation, it didn’t dampen our fun. One of our favorite activities was cruising around the resort on four-wheel e-bikes—it felt like a private adventure since much of the area was quiet and fairly abandoned, but that added a special charm. The beach is also just across the road, so you can go play in the sand at any time, there are also some men who offer horse and jet ski rides right on the beach. The beach also isn’t too crowded. The only drawback was the resort’s location. It’s quite far from most of Qingdao’s main attractions, so every excursion required at least an hour-long Didi ride. Still, the experience was well worth it, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We’d absolutely return again.

This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests.

O hotel é espaçoso e bem localizado perto da praia dourada de Huangdao, no entanto, você tem que atravessar uma estrada principal para chegar a essa área de praia.
