Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Has a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops. Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

The hotel is well located within 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Resort. It’s not for those very particular about cleanliness though. The hotel tap water not sure why came out cloudy and the pot and pans doesn’t look very clean so ended up not using it at all. But was fine for a short stay.

A piscina é Muito boa, o serviço é Muito geral. Exige claramente que você limpe a higiene no terceiro dia. Não FOI feito o dia todo. Depois de Voltar às Cinco horas, EU ainda não estou feliz por eles. Disse que saímos do trabalho. Vamos parar de fazer o que é isso. Mas ainda gosto do estilo do hotel. O hotel no Paraíso é Muito amplo e o jardim é Muito confortável.

The service was really the best thing of the hotel, very very helpful, much more so than many 4-5 stars. This is the first time I actually tipped in a hotel. The hotel itself is a pretty old and trip.com's pictures are pretty deceiving (more than the average level of deceiving compared to other hotels). Luckily, even though the whole room is pretty old, the bathroom has a very acceptable level of cleaniness.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível! Ótima localização, excelente atendimento, estacionamento no resort, pegamos Uber para Disney com facilidade.

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e a equipe do check-in foi muito acolhedora. Eles até nos ajudaram a guardar as malas e nos levaram para tomar café da manhã. O hotel tem uma fila especial para entrada antecipada no parque, meia hora antes da abertura. Fica bem ao lado da piscina. No entanto, os quartos e banheiros são muito pequenos, as instalações do hotel são antigas e a pressão da água do chuveiro é fraca – é basicamente um hotel econômico. É o pior hotel da Disney em que já nos hospedamos. Só recebemos as chaves do quarto depois das 15h. O estacionamento custa mais de US$ 60 por dia, mas há serviço de manobrista disponível, que é bom e conveniente. No geral, é definitivamente conveniente se hospedar aqui se você estiver visitando a Disney, mas as instalações são decepcionantes e não valem o preço. O café da manhã custa mais de US$ 60 por pessoa, incluindo impostos, e não há muitas opções – é uma refeição típica e sem graça, e espera-se que você dê gorjeta. Além disso, mesmo depois do meu check-out, o hotel tentou cobrar duas vezes no meu cartão de crédito, mas ambas as tentativas falharam. A localização do hotel não é má, se você Tomar um ônibus ART, apenas 10 minutos e 1 paragem para o parque Disneyland.No entanto, o tempo não é preciso. Sempre não segue o calendário de SUA aplicação. Se você quer andar para Disney Centro, você TEM que passar 20-25 minutos, MAS fácil de aceder. O pequeno-almoço é o Mesmo todas as manhãs, não há mudança.Alimento básico.Mas é BOM para escrever o Kcal para comida. 😄 Nem um restaurante ou quarto fornecer água quente.
