Hotel muito conveniente e rápido, muito adequado para viagens de negócios. O quarto também é muito limpo. O café da manhã é completo e nutritivo. Também fica perto do centro da cidade e pode ser alcançado a pé. Há também distritos bancários e comerciais ao redor.

旅館地處市中心，對面是清真寺。旅館標四星，看上去是新建的或新裝修的，雙床房的房間比較寬敞，乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，有礦泉水、浴衣，但沒有拖鞋，被子衹有一條，是可以覆蓋雙床的大被子，我們其中一位比較尷尬，衹能穿着浴衣睡覺。早餐沒什麼特別，與一般的旅館沒什麼區別。總體感覺，性價比較低，房價是我們突尼斯此行比較貴的。

The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

Overall, I had a very good stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities were good and met my expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again.

No issues with the staff. Issues with visitors that have no respect for other people that stay st the hotel. You are not at home, have some class. We don't need to repeatedly have to tell you to stop signing and talking out loud for the whole hotel to hear you. Common room is for all that stay at the hotel. Do not barricade the door or tell others they cannot usd because you want to have a personal gathering. Go rent a conference room. Stop acting so disrespectful and entitled. It a hotel, not your personal living room.

Este hotel é tudo o que promete. Ótimo serviço, ótimas instalações, comida e bar maravilhosos e localização segura no centro da cidade. A localidade dá acesso a praticamente tudo o que se precisa em termos de lojas, serviços e comodidades. Você precisa cortar o cabelo ou fazer a barba - 2 minutos a pé; você precisa de um shopping - 2 minutos a pé; um hammam - atrás do hotel; você quer comer fora - apenas saia - entendeu? Eu ficaria aqui novamente qualquer dia. Ah, e os chuveiros tinham um ótimo fluxo.

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.
