The staff here were cute & polite, they even made a cute lil’towel swan with heart shape ❤️ The room was spacious, my friend decided to join last min and they easily added another bed in. Everything was clean, plus free drinks & breakfast. Recommend!

The hotel is in the middle between Lee Garden area and Siam Festival Mall. Easy to get grab or indrive over there..Breakfast not much choices with so so taste. Eat breakfast outside much more better.. Everything was good and I like to stay there because it’s far from busy area like Lee Garden area..

This hotel is recovering from last year Huge Flood. I came back since they got comfy pillow. Last time they sell it to customer but now did not see pillow for sell. Overall good stay.

As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

I definitely recommend B.P. Grand Tower Hotel in Hat Yai if you want a great location, comfy rooms, and easy access to everything during your trip. The hotel is right in downtown Hat Yai, meaning you’re just steps away from shopping malls like Lee Garden Plaza, Odean Mall, Central Department Store, and many food stalls and massage places — perfect for exploring on foot without needing transport. The Hat Yai Railway Station is also only about an 8-minute walk away, which makes travel super convenient. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable (many guests said the beds are great and some deluxe rooms feel like suites), and there’s even an outdoor pool you can relax in after a day of sightseeing. It’s a solid choice if you care more about a clean, easy stay in the city center rather than luxury. The hotel is not brand new — some guests mentioned it’s a bit dated in places — but for the price you pay and how central it is, it’s still good value for money, especially if you’re planning to shop, eat, or visit night markets nearby. A few people found the hotel older and wished for renovations, but that’s common for great location hotels that are priced well.

My 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel gave a rather unsatisfying experience, around 2.5/5 stars. On the second day, the housekeeper forgot to provide bath towels, and I had to walk to the reception counter at the ground level to request them. After waiting for 3 hours, there was still no sign of the towels being delivered. I went to the reception again and was told that housekeeping had already sent the towels — but to the wrong room. The phone in my room wasn’t working; there was a phone unit but no connection, which meant I had to go down to the reception for any requests. After my second complaint and waiting almost 10 minutes in the room, the towels were finally delivered. In terms of cleanliness and room condition — it was very run-down. The toilet door had holes. The comforter was very worn out and thin, offering no warmth at night under the air-conditioning. The location is good as it’s near the night market and eateries.

The Train Hotel 🚂 – Right next to Hat Yai train station. We had a trip planned to Penang by train, so I specifically looked for a hotel that was easily walkable from the train station. This was crucial because we had luggage and an early morning train to catch. Initially, I booked another place closer to food options, but due to recent floods, that hotel's renovations weren't finished. So, this hotel became our top choice because of its incredibly convenient location. It truly lives up to its name, The Train Hotel, as it's right next to Hat Yai train station – you literally walk out and you're there! It has a great vibe, from the name to the atmosphere, making it perfect for sightseers, foodies, or anyone who values convenient travel. I should mention that the hotel isn't new; it has more of an older, classic decor. However, the rooms are clean and have a subtle train-themed feel. The hotel building is quite tall, and the lobby is elevated, which might offer some protection from potential flooding to the room floors. There's a lift, and some rooms have hairdryers. We booked two rooms; one had a hairdryer, the other didn't. To be safe, it's a good idea to make a note when you book. Rooms also come with a TV and a bathtub. If you arrive on a late flight, you can still find food nearby. There's a 7-Eleven about 500-600 meters away. Robinson department store is close by, or you can walk to the food areas around Lee Plaza – I had some really delicious noodles there! For anyone visiting Hat Yai who wants easy travel access, a decent price, and a comfortable stay, I'd highly recommend this place.

Check -in process was smooth and easy. The location, facilities, staff are all superb. Except for the iron. The hotel does not provide iron.

ห้องสะอาดดีค่ะเตียงโอเคเลยมีผ้าขนหนูเตรียมให้ครบทั้งห้องทีวีหนึ่งแอร์หนึ่งตัวแต่รู้สึกว่าคนที่นอนติดประตูห้องไม่ค่อยโดนเท่าไหร่แต่ยังดีที่ที่พักให้พัดลมค่ะแต่ติดตรงที่ว่าเดินบันไดเหนื่อยนิดหน่อยเพราะว่าบันไดชันละก็ติดกับที่ใกล้ที่พักมีผับอยู่ตอนกลางคืนเสียงดังมากเลยค่ะเพื่อนบอกว่านอนไม่หลับเลยแต่ว่าถือว่าดีค่ะไม่ได้ไกลจากตัวเมืองถ้าไม่ได้ติดเรื่องเสียงเราโอเคเพราะว่าเป็นคนใส่หูฟังอยู่แล้ว
