Hotel incrível com tudo o que você precisa. Adorei o bar/clube com piscina na cobertura, especialmente para aqueles dias em que você não quer ir longe para se divertir. A comida era maravilhosa e o spa e a academia me fizeram voltar sempre para mais tratamentos e ótimos treinos para queimar as calorias extras. Recomendo muito este hotel, pois fica em uma ótima localização em frente ao shopping, ideal para quem quer explorar a região, com muitas opções a uma curta caminhada. Gostei tanto que já reservei novamente para minha próxima viagem.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights. I was charged for early check-in for two hours, which I found fair. However, my room had a terrible smell—bad toilet odour that gave me a headache. When I complained, I was told to move to another room, which was not of deluxe standard. I accepted it as I could not bear the smell any longer. The second room's refrigerator was not working, the kettle couldn't be plugged in, and the toilet wasn't flushing. I was told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I ended up leaving after one night, even though I had booked for two. I was not offered any discount as compensation.

Sei que para todas as visitas que faço em Pampaga, vou reservar o MEU hotel aqui e recomendar isso AOS MEUS parentes e amigos.Uma coisa que aprecio é verificar a Guarda e confirmar a sala para que os convidados vão. It was a wasted night, forgot everything what happened that night, i just woke up early in the morning and found out that my wallet was lost. I came back to the last bar i went, but it turns out it’s not there.. i just cried and just accepted i lost it then fell asleep.. i woke up with a loud noise coming from the door, there is someone knocking. When i opened it, the boss of the hotel was holding my wallet and gave it to me. I was so lucky. I thought that was the last thing that will happen.. when i was in grab, there’s something in me saying that i forgot something, and yes, i forgot my watch. It’s not an expensive watch but a very special for me, i don’t know how to contact the hotel, but luckily, i got their phone number through this app.. called them and confirmed that i left my watch. I got it in the afternoon after my puning hotspring trip. Thanks for this hotel! Love it! ❤️

Place is good and near food place, the service is not always available. Food in kitchen is expensive better buy outside or use grab, pool doesn't have a barrier on the sides while not in use so careful during night time.

Hotel Snow Angeles offers a unique experience. The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet area in Ktown, yet close to local attractions. 🌆 The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Although the sheets smelled a bit moldy the first night, they quickly changed them the next day. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. The facilities, including a cozy pool and a lively restaurant, added to the fun atmosphere. 🍹 My only complaint was the shower area, which could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway! 🏊♂️ Definitely worth considering for your next stay!

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa neste hotel. Os funcionários foram excepcionalmente simpáticos e atenciosos, fazendo-me sentir bem-vindo desde o momento da minha chegada. Os quartos eram impecáveis, bem equipados e ofereciam todo o conforto necessário para uma estadia relaxante. O único ponto negativo é a localização — fica um pouco afastado das principais atrações e exige um tempo de deslocamento maior. Embora isso possa não ser o ideal para quem quer estar no centro da cidade, a qualidade do hotel em si compensa amplamente essa desvantagem.

A great central location which is quiet, a well conceived property, just poorly managed The jacuzzi baths and shower screens are covered in scum, the jacuzzi baths stink of stagnant water ”hello legionnaires disease”, the elevators etc aren't wiped down for 3 days, that's they lower parts , the upper parts..., your guess is as good as mine When you upgrade to enjoy a balcony and jacuzzi bath, little details like balcony furniture and a clean bathroom are generally appreciated, though not offered

Firstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
