"Tulaja Boutique Hotel is located at a very strategic location, within walking distance to the Unesco heritage sites of Bhaktapur and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at the rooftop of the hotel. The room is clean and the staff are helpful"

"酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。"

"We had one of the best experienced stay in a hotel here in Mystic mountain. They have really good amenities and all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They have tried to help us all the time. The food was astonishing including the breakfast to dinner. Thanks a lot for giving us a great stay!!"

"Hotel Country Villa was a great stay with some disappointments. The location is perfect with a great view from all around the hotel. The service and staff were great all around with some exceptions. I booked 3 rooms for a total of 5 people with non non-refundable plan but due to a decrease in the number of people from 5 to 4, the hotel agreed to cancel 1 room for free for us. Although the process took some time and some pushing from Trip.com agent I am grateful for the free cancellation. One of the rooms I booked, the Junior Suite was for my partner and me for a short honeymoon kind of stay. The room was well designed and had great views but the in-room Jacuzzi needs maintenance. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were also great and the pool staff let us use them more than the closing time. The disappointing part of the stay was during breakfast. The buffet was amazing but the glass I used for juice had lipstick stains which I noticed after drinking from it. I am a male who doesn't use lipstick so it was clearly not mine. When I complained to a staff member who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort, instead of an apology, he laughed and asked us ”Are you sure that it's not yours?” After that, he took the glass away and brought a new glass of juice but the juice was different from the one I was drinking. We were completely shocked by this as it was not a rookie staff that did this but rather a supervisor. Overall, we are satisfied with the whole stay but the lipstick on the glass has left a bad aftertaste."

"就在巴德崗杜巴廣場內，非常方便的location，房東很好溝通也很順暢，提供免費早餐還有煎蛋吃。房間稍微有點小，空調要開一會才能正常使用，但整體都很不錯，還幫忙我們叫了去機場的車專門幫我們拿行李。 最喜歡他們家的rooftop，view非常棒，隨手一拍都是美景，天氣好還能看到遠處的雪山！"

Кондиционер работал на 30 градусов, но в ванной было ооооочень холодно. Советую данный отель для уединенного отдыха."

"To us, this was the most stunning view I have ever seen, in the right was the sunrise and in front of us was an ocean of clouds one in front of another on the top of a village on a valley, and the left of the hotel were the Himalayan mountains wearing their white pointed hats. The hotel rooms were believed to be newly renovated although they did not tell us so. The reason of our feeling came from the neat and new shower heads, and taps, etc. etc.. Our rooms were big enough and we can enjoy the sun rise from the room balcony."
