We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

Great hotel in convenient location. Had spent the previous 3 weeks travelling the Silk Road and trekking in Kyrgyzstan so some luxury was welcome. Ideally would have preferred a swimming pool but the top storey jacuzzis were a treat. Only quibble was that there were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived other than shampoo and shower gel dispensers which were riveted to the wall of the shower. When I asked for hair conditioner I was informed that it was not available for basic rooms. It would have been so easy for them to have given me the hair conditioner and then receive a 10/10 rating but they were quite obstinate in refusing to do so.

Não entendo essas avaliações que dizem que o café da manhã é particularmente bom. É um atraso? Só posso dizer que o café da manhã é aceitável em comparação com outras instalações. Este nível deveria ser o nível de hotéis na China com menos de 200 yuans. Outros hotéis no Cazaquistão que custam mais de 600 yuans por dia têm instalações e suprimentos melhores do que este. O único ponto positivo é que, após negociação, você pode estender o check-out por uma hora sem cobrar nenhuma taxa adicional. Espero que Huazhu, da China, venha ao Cazaquistão para salvar o povo do Cazaquistão. Que eles vejam quando a qualidade é boa e o preço é razoável.

Este hotel está localizado à distância da cidade e rodeado de um parque e lago tranquilo, oferece vistas belas das montanhas e verdes.O balcão é espaçoso, oferecendo uma vista panorâmica e impressionante diretamente do quarto. Embora a sala se sinta mais como uma experiência 4-star do que uma experiência 5-star, o ambiente sereno e a conexão com a natureza tornam a estadia realmente agradável.O restaurante do lago também serve excelentes alimentos e completa a experiência perfeitamente.

O quarto era surpreendentemente espaçoso; a cama king-size de 1,8 m parecia pequena em comparação. A TV ficava tão longe que mal dava para vê-la! 😂 Tinha até uma pequena varanda. A decoração do hotel também era muito elegante. Os únicos pontos negativos eram que era um pouco antigo e a localização um pouco distante, mas fora isso, foi ótimo.

Hotel in downtown. Cable car To go up to little mountain is 50m away. Good restaurants in the top Inzhu. Close French restaurant call “ Benoit “ with incredible wines ! Novotel hotel airport service was unfortunately not a good experience at all.he came very late and the car inside smell smoking. They waived the fee and gave 10% discount voucher on restaurant bill. Good room for improvement in customer service from hospitality manager. Even with my official complain by email, they did not responded until I came to the front desk and ask to speak with a manager. Good breakfast.

A única coisa que se poderia chamar desse tipo é que nós fomos atribuídos a um quarto com camas únicas, EM vez do quarto da rainha que foi reservado, e o tubo de água no banheiro não funcionou bem. Suspeito que o desencadeador FOI apanhado por causa Da água dura, além disso, tudo o resto FOI BOM, a cama estava confortável, o pequeno-almoço estava BOM.

Фото на сайте соответствуют действительности 🥰 10 минут пешком до Зеленого базара, там много вкусностей. И минут 15 до местного Арбата. Такси в Алматы дешевое не составит труда перемещаться по городу! Выбором отеля мы очень довольны! Будем рекомендовать

O serviço de Frente de mesa era excelente, fluente e fácil de comunicar, e no primeiro dia, eles até me ajudaram a arranjar UMA pequena mudança para um táxi e forneceram dicas úteis para visão. A localização é conveniente, com um centro comercial à direita Da rua, e a sala está limpa e padrão.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There's a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is included and it's generous enough for this price. If you want to experience a more local area then I'd recommend it. Otherwise might as well stay in the city centre since the taxi ride would cost more or less the same time and money to and from the airport.
