"The hotel is 5*, and it lives up to it. The room is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning sunset view! It's clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, and everything is delicious! There are several shops near the hotel, but you need to drive a little further to get to the lively area. The beach is nice and clean, with very soft sand, but it's not private—people might come up to you and offer to buy something. I had a wonderful three days here. Thank you!!!"

"I was confused when I checked in because the name of the hotel was different. It's the same place, Merumata Resort. I was so happy to have dinner every evening while watching the beautiful sunset during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was cozy and comfortable. Best of all, the reception staff were always willing to help and solve any problems I might have, which made my stay even more memorable."

Although the accommodation provides earplugs, they were ineffective against the volume. * **Lackluster Surrounding Infrastructure**: There aren't many places to go nearby. The local restaurants tend to be upscale and expensive, with limited options for more affordable dining. ### Conclusion [Despite the regrettable surrounding noise and high prices, this accommodation is perfectly suited for a 'Hocance' (hotel vacation), offering complete relaxation with its unparalleled views.] While accessibility and nearby conveniences are somewhat lacking, given that the purpose of this trip was a hotel vacation, the facilities and views within the property alone were enough to ensure a thoroughly satisfying stay."

"Recentemente nos hospedamos no Jayakarta Lombok e tivemos uma experiência agradável no geral, graças à combinação de hospitalidade calorosa e belos cenários naturais. Eles até fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto para ficar bem em frente à piscina, sem custo adicional, o que as crianças adoraram! As instalações gerais do hotel eram impressionantes. Também notamos alguma inconsistência na qualidade da comida — o que era excelente em um dia, podia parecer mediano no outro. Além disso, embora a praia em si seja linda, costumava estar bastante suja devido à pesca local. Para seu crédito, a equipe do hotel se esforça visivelmente para mantê-la limpa. Outro ponto a ser considerado é a falta de comodidades nas proximidades. Não há caixas eletrônicos ou casas de câmbio a uma curta distância, portanto, os hóspedes devem planejar com antecedência. Por fim, o hotel não possui elevadores, o que pode ser um desafio para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade. No entanto, isso também contribui para sua atmosfera tradicional de resort, que muitos apreciarão. "Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly."
