Hotéis com bares em Maspalomas

We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

The good part is people are very nice and.friendly, super helpful. Service is good as well. Location is perfect, touristic, but not too crowdy. However, hotel facility is not well maintained. Our doors in the room can barely be closed, bathroom is pretty dirty, i can see mold in the corner, the structure of the room is weird, at night, u need to close all doors in the room to avoid lights in the hallway ourside of the room, breakfast is just soso, have all the basics, but not tasty. boiled eggs are even cold. We didnt use the swimming pool, cannot comment on that.

Un hotel q cuida el detalle al máximo. Alcanza la excelencia absolutamente en todo. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo a pie de playa. El personal es amabilísimo.

首先地方很大，不同的住宿單元一個挨着一個，當晚凌晨抵達，要不是行李員帶路，恐怕會走錯。 度假村地內有好幾個餐廳，好幾個泳池，挨着海邊。出去有個車站終點站往外去很方便。著名景區和購物中心都很近，步行都能輕鬆到達。 島上的陽光非常強烈，一定要做好防護措施。

Hotel absolutamente deslumbrante! Literalmente me tirou o fôlego quando entrei. A equipe é incrível e muito simpática. Os quartos e o terreno são incrivelmente limpos. As piscinas são deslumbrantes (há outras mais movimentadas e outras mais silenciosas, então não faltam opções). A praia e as lojas ficam a poucos minutos de caminhada. A comida é espetacular! Há algo para todos: shows, esportes, piscinas, compras. Simplesmente não consigo elogiar o suficiente este resort!! Definitivamente voltaremos.

The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

Hotel is beautiful. Location is perfect for beach lovers. Very good breakfast. Lovely swimming pools. Life music in evenings. All reception staff helpful and kind. Specially Noelia. She is real diamond.

L'hotel è comodo, in centro, a 10 minuti da una zona della spiaggia con tanti ristoranti e negozi. Ha una hall ampia e pulita e una zona sul tetto con ombrelloni, sedie, sdrai. Sul tetto ci sono 2 piccole piscine con acqua tiepida, un bar e l'area per abbronzarsi, docce e bagni. L'offerta di cibo è molto ampia e buona, però è modificata molto con lo stile del posto, quindi, se uno cerca qualcosa di affine alla cucina italiana e/o salutare, deve un po' rinunciare. Voglio dire, il cibo è buono e vario, però tende ad essere molto lavorato e quindi ricco di salse, spezie, olio che ridcue la scelta per chi vuole cose semplici. Le camere sono belle e pulite e per un problema avuto con il vetro della doccia, il tecnico è venuto a sistemarla dopo poche ore. La scelta del bere a piacimento al bar può essere interessante per chi consuma alcolici, che costano più delle bevande analcoliche. Le bevande analcoliche, infatti sono perlopiù succhi e mix con cose da supermercato. Mi spiego meglio, i cocktail sono buoni, ma il succo è fatto con la polverina del te oppure è quello a basso budget. Se uno si aspetta spremute o bevande con dentro frutta, non le troverà. La colazione è molto varia, invece e può soddisfare le necessità anche in modo più salutare del pranzo e della cena. Anche quà, però, i succhi e le bevande calde sono polverine mescolate con acqua. Il caffè è buono ma non è caffé come fatto in Italia...

Ich war für 3 Nächte dort als Alleinreisende. Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber alles. Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr schön, Meersicht, mit kleinen Balkon. Das Essen war vielfältig und hat gut geschmeckt, der Speisesaal ist recht gross, aber trotz vieler Leute wurde sehr schnell das alte Geschirr abgeräumt. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir für dieses Hotel! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Und dann noch ein Empfehlung für eine schwedische Massage von Lourdes und ihrer Schwester, die im Hotel angeboten wird. Es war toll!

As equipes de atendimento e serviços podem ser mais agradáveis. Não tenho certeza se eles têm falta de pessoal ou estão cansados. Mas às vezes eles não são amigáveis. O cara que nos registrou foi muito simpático, mas no resto da estadia, não recebemos atitudes amigáveis ​​do serviço nem da equipe de recepção. A governanta é muito prestativa. O hotel é decente.
