Eu e minha família, composta por quatro pessoas, nos hospedamos no Intercity Hotel Shenzhen Futian Huaqiang North de 1 a 6 de janeiro de 2026, e não poderíamos ter pedido uma experiência melhor! O quarto e o banheiro estavam impecavelmente limpos — impecáveis, frescos e bem conservados durante toda a nossa estadia. Foi um verdadeiro conforto para todos nós, especialmente por estarmos viajando com crianças. O que realmente se destacou, no entanto, foi o serviço excepcional da equipe. Todos foram sempre atenciosos, cordiais e profissionais. Um agradecimento especial à **Xiao Wei (小韦)** — ela foi incrivelmente gentil, atenciosa e sempre se esforçou ao máximo para garantir que nossa família se sentisse acolhida e bem cuidada. Embora eu não tenha anotado os nomes dos outros membros da equipe, eles foram igualmente prestativos e simpáticos, contribuindo para uma estadia tranquila e agradável. A localização do hotel também é um grande ponto positivo: a poucos passos da entrada da **Estação de Metrô Huaxin**, facilitando a exploração da cidade. Com um McDonald's e várias opções de restaurantes locais por perto, as refeições eram sempre práticas e deliciosas! Recomendo muito este hotel para famílias, viajantes individuais ou hóspedes a negócios. Com certeza voltaremos!

I enjoyed my stay in the MGM Shenzhen so much the room was fantastic as was the seaview. We also have front desk representative took us to the room and explained everything concisely and with great enthusiasm so that we could get the best stay in the hotel we enjoyed our stay so much. 海星 continued to keep us updated through WeChat on daily activities available at the hotel and helped us book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Allowing me to fully relaxed and carefree! Breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties and of high quality. Will definitely return in the future!

Very beautiful hotel with clean room, facilities, amenties. Service is excellent, can communicate with the butler via wechat and the response is super fast and kind. You can request for western style breakfast which is quite yummy. The projector is useful as there is such a huge variety of movies available 👍 The professional photography service is also good, the photographer is a pro!, tip: book during sunset hours. Very foreigner friendly too because the staff is thoughtful and uses translation to communicate:) I will recommend this place! :) Good memory in Shenzhen❣️

Uma estadia perfeita! Viajo muito pelo mundo e me hospedo em hotéis 5*. Há muitos hotéis de luxo de alto padrão na região de Futian. Estou feliz por ter escolhido o Ritz-Carlton. Não só a localização é ideal – desde o momento em que entrei na propriedade até a hora em que saí, senti uma verdadeira hospitalidade calorosa. Especialmente a Miya (recepção) se esforçou ao máximo para tornar a estadia memorável – sempre com um sorriso caloroso, muito atenciosa e gentil – quase parecia ter uma assistente pessoal. Também foi útil o inglês dela ser muito bom. Ter uma grande piscina ao ar livre é fantástico depois de um dia agitado, e para mim também foi um começo de dia perfeito, depois de um café da manhã maravilhoso (boa opção também para europeus). Adorei o café do barista. O quarto pode não ter o design mais moderno (ao estilo escandinavo). No entanto, estava em um estado impecável, perfeitamente limpo, espaçoso, com muitas tomadas internacionais bem posicionadas (sem necessidade de adaptador) e muito confortável. E o mais importante para mim: com um ar-condicionado muito silencioso. No geral: eu realmente recomendo este hotel e, quando voltar a Shenzhen, com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente.

A equipe da recepção foi simpática e profissional, e o check-in foi eficiente e rápido. Eles até fizeram um upgrade proativo do meu tipo de quarto. Um agradecimento especial à nossa camareira, Yang Shun, por sua resposta rápida e atenciosa às perguntas sobre extensões e arranjos de quarto. O quarto era espaçoso e iluminado, decorado em um estilo simples, porém elegante. O isolamento acústico era excelente, eliminando qualquer ruído do corredor ou dos vizinhos. A temperatura do ar-condicionado era ajustável e o chuveiro tinha pressão de água estável. Cada detalhe foi cuidadosamente pensado. O hotel oferece academia e lavanderia self-service, além de uma área gratuita com fliperamas e áreas de trabalho privativas com isolamento acústico. O cardápio do café da manhã era extenso, com especialidades locais e clássicos ocidentais, todos preparados na hora. Lanches noturnos também estavam disponíveis. O hotel tem uma localização central, porém tranquila, a uma curta distância da estação de metrô e de shoppings, e cercado por uma ampla seleção de restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, o que o torna muito conveniente. É uma ótima opção para viagens a negócios, famílias e lazer.

Facilities: The design is truly excellent, giving off a full resort vibe, perfect for taking photos. Environment: The location is also great; it's convenient to get to Dameisha Beach by subway. Service: Very good, they upgraded our room for free. Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available. Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

We had a very pleasant stay at UrCove Hotel. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Yuehaimen MRT Station (Exit E with lift access), and the station itself is very new. It’s also only two stops away from the airport line, which made getting around easy. The hotel is located in a relatively new area with mainly office buildings, so it was quiet at night and good for resting. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

The hotel is connected to the shopping mall. The Happy Valley and the World Window are nearby the hotel.
